Alissa over at east setauket has to be the most pleasant person I have spoken to in a long time. She is the utmost professional who takes the time and even a little bit more to understand a persons needs. If you are lucky enough to meet Alissa as I am when you call you'll be in good hands. The moral of the story here is If someone else is giving you a time less respective go ahead and request her and thank me later. Shes the best

I have been calling staff every day waiting for a cancellation and I called again today. Late this afternoon, Brianna called me and said they had a cancellation at 5: 45 pm could I go in. I dressed and went right over to the office. The staff was very helpful, professional and efficient. Leyska assisted with the paperwork and then I was escorted in for the MRI. The staff that I met do a great job preparing patients for the MRI and also in making patients feel comfortable. THANK YOU BRIANNA AND LEYSKA.

Extremely friendly staff, clean and following all up to date COVID protocols. The entire experience was pleasant given the anxiety that comes with an MRI. Hopefully never have to come back, but should I need another MRI- I will not go elsewhere. If you're anxious or apprehensive about the process- go here. Thanks again!

This place is terrible with time management, 2 pm appointment, arrived at 1: 40 to fill out any needed forms. At 2: 20 i asked how much longer, they had to ask technician. About 5 mins later they told me at least another hour. So i sat there for 40 mins and you couldn't give me a heads up when i came in that your appointments are running a hour and a half behind schedule. They have no consideration for people's time and it is pretty obvious with alot of other reviews on here. These places are a dime a dozen, save yourself some time and aggravation and go somewhere else. If you do choose this place then it would be a good idea to call and ask if they are running on time with appointments.

Lexi put me on hold for 30 minutes. Then took my number and said she’d call me back. An hour later I called and she said she’s busy helping patients and she’s there alone and she can’t deal with making an appointment right now. Really incompetent - all of there local offices have the same issues. Poor management, understaffed, and reckless operations. Stop being cheap and hire someone to help your employees - you charge a few thousand per mri you can handle another receptionist.

I wish all places were as friendly and professional as this one. I couldn't do the closed MRI and chose to do the stand up. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the technician made me feel at ease. He was kind and encouraging and got me through the whole process. I would highly recommend Stand Up MRI in East Setauket.

I love this place, from beginning to end, I had a pleasant experience. I was nervous and they put me at ease, very friendly environment. They got me right in and walked me through the whole process! It’s good to see that kindness and patience still exists.

Drove all the way over there to be told because I have stitches, I can't get an MRI. Today I was told that is not true. Regular stitches are fine for MRI. Waste of time!

They rescheduled my appointment 3 times with less than a days warning. The day I was finally supposed to come in they had asked me to come in at 6: 00pm instead of 7: 00pm. I arrived at 5: 30PM to do the paperwork and 2.5 hours later I’m still waiting in the waiting room. “Only 20 more minutes, sorry for the wait” DO NOT COME HERE.

MAKE SURE YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME. BECAUSE THE PATIENTS SET THE SCHEDULE BACK. I WAS 1 HOUR 10 MINUTES PAST MY APPOINTMENT. I FEEL BAD FOR THE STAFF. THEY MUST DEAL WITH A LOT OF ANGRY PATIENTS.
