So bad had to call code to get them to fix actively leaking water pipes. Code ignored calls, problem continued til my roof collapsed.

Cheapest places in auburn for a reason.

I have lived here since 2010. Wonderful place to call home! Tom and Sue and staff always work hard to make sure the tenants are happy.

It was the best place to live and with the Summer weather a person could go swimming and a little child had the kiddie pool

Terrible management, nothing is kept up and with yearly rent increases. The appliances are old and outdated. There are constant problems with old water pipes breaking. Maintenance is a joke. There is nothing really good to say about standart woods.

If I could select zero stars, I would. The apartments are small. The kitchen, dining room and living room are very small. There is not enough counter space to cook with. All appliances are very outdated. Carpeting is put in sloppy, bubbly and not secure. The floor plans on the website are not accurate what so ever. The fridge is by your stove not the sink and you only have a foot of counter space to cook with at least. Maintenance is good, I have had no issues with them. The main staff in the office whose name is sue is very rude. She lied about the complex having a noise ordinance with the city and posted a notice about so called noise ordinance they had with the city regarding laundry room. This notice was ONLY posted in my building and not others. I know this because I have friends and family that live in different buildings. When confronted about the so called noise ordinance the notice was then taken down. Nowhere in the lease does it state anything about a noise ordinance of any kind. Sue continued to question me about my job/job hours since she had a problem when I called maintenance for help about the washer breaking, during after hours. Which is discrimination against my job. When I asked her if it is appropriate for her to “question tenants jobs” she told me “if I feel like I need to then I most certainly will” She then told me that maintenance is for “emergencies only and go look for a different place to live if you don’t like the rules”. I didn’t not know what to do when the washer broke but maintenance was able to guide me in steps. During the winter, there is barely heat due to the pipes freezing. It was so bad my neighbor on the same floor as me had to leave her unit to go to a family members house for warmth. Maintenance is aware of the problem but can only do so much because the owners of the property do not want to fix the issue. The dumpsters outside are disgusting, crows are surrounding the dumpsters and dropping food everywhere. There is also people who pick in the trash and walk through the parking lot that blast music. I’ve witnessed someone’s mail get stolen because the doors are not secure, so anyone can come into the building. I have had multiple people walk into my unit whom I had no idea who they were, so now my doors are double locked. Please think twice before you rent here.
