Stanton's Collision CARSTAR, Binghamton NY

While the repair was done on the outside of my vehicle. The interior of my vehicle which did not need to be repaired was covered with dirt from someone shoe. I know that this from someone working on my vehicle. Very disappointing.

Did a good job keeping me updated. Had to bring my truck back for a code as I needed the truck sooner than later. Very much accommodating.

Good job of repairing my car, but had to take it back because of something they missed. They did take care of it and got the insurance company to pay for the missed work.

Took over 3 months to repair damage done by a deer to our Mustang and then had to return and have the blinker fixed. Repairs were excellent and they gave us a discount.

I’ve used Stanton’s Carstar in the past years ago and they were great then, still great now! They are very thorough with making sure you get updates as they’re working on your car and they also prioritize you as a customer. When I went to pick up my finished car during my work lunch break, they made sure to get my in and out as quickly as possible so I could get back to work. Definitely recommend!
