Great location. Friendly staff. The copy center staff immediately asked if I needed any assistance. All of the copiers were working. I was done in 5min.
Queenside and jasmine were super helpful. I don't understand Usps vs ups and how they sometimes switch carrier mid shipment and who I can drop what of to. They explained it all to me. I'm still confused but because it's confusing not because they didn't describe it well. Nice patient staff is so nice to come by in Manhattan!
I was in a rush to print a simple 6 page script but was saddened there was a 2 hour wait. Jennifer saw my concern, and helped me out tremendously. Best service I've ever gotten. Thank you
Fantastic experience - I needed to print programs for my wedding and the staff was efficient, helpful and friendly. They helped price everything out, they suggested ways to make the final product better and they got everything done in 24 hours! I would never expect to have this kind of experience at such a corporate store but they made me feel like a valued customer. Fantastic job by everyone there!
Print services are garbage. I was unable to access any of my files for printing, and their email service doesn't accept larger files, making it impossible to print them without logging onto a computer, which is $0.33 per minute, and nearly a dollar per page, without double sided options. Employees were completely unhelpful, and wouldn't answer my questions. Terrible experience.
Hands down my favorite Staples. I travel out of my way just to use their facility. Haven't had a bad experience there yet. The personnel I've enteracted with were all quite friendly and extremely helpful. I'll keep going until I'm given a reason not to.
This is a fantastic Staples. It must be a new design because it looks so modern. Upstairs is the printer ink and the copy center and down stairs is the main part of the store.
The staff was super helpful answering my questions and helping me find my items.

No assistance from staff. Except for security guard and manager who just simply eyeballed me. This is typical staples customer service.
In February the 15 morning, after I had intentionally forgot my 32 GB Lexar flash drive, the second time in the afternoon, I had given a description of my lost item, they found it successfully. Hence, they are many hard-working servers around the store. Thank them, my supply is saved.
