I am specifically reviewing the printing service center at the Staples Gateway location. I have paid for several different print services with the added EXPRESS service fee and this location never has the printing products available by the time it’s supposed to be done. The reason why people pay for the added express service is to have their products available by the pickup time.

SCREAMING THANK YOU TO NOELYN, IAMANI, and the entire staples printing staff. These girls are more than just knowledgeable, they listen to what it is you are trying to get done and their thinking caps are ALWAYS ON. NOELYN AND IAMANI spent so much time with me all while making me feel good. I had a court document to file and was on a deadline a d these women did everything I was able to beat the deadline by 5 days courtesy of all the courtesy they given me. Thank you ladies.

My partner and I were helped by Isaiah yesterday such a great help he helped us pick out new computer chairs/checked us out at the register and even helped us unload the boxes in the car. Great customer service!

(NOT SO GOOD PART) PRIOR TO RAVEN I ASK ANOTHER ASSOCIATE TO HELP ME. THEIR SELF-SERVICE COMPUTER WAS DOWN, THAT ASSOCIATE WENT TO SHANYA FOR HELP BECAUSE SHE TRIED.
IMMEDIATELY SHANYA HAD A NEGATIVE ATTITUDE
BECAUSE IT WAS BUSY AND I GUESS SHE COULDN'T HANDLE THE HEAT I WAITED PATIENTLY AND THANK GOODNESS FOR RAVEN.
SHANYA NEEDS TO SIT IN SOME JASMINE WATER I THOUGHT COVID 19 WAS BAD.

This was the worst experience I've had I'm years of coming to Staples. Worker was very rude and bad service. Worker yelled at me and my brother and Manager was called to defuse issue and worker was still arguing. Very rude to customers. #BadManagement #BadService

Tried calling to reschedule my order that I missed, and they never answered the phone. I held on for so long why do they even have a phone if no one is going to answer it?

People in this neighborhood are rude. Talk about being raised without manners. No one waits their turn, doesn’t say thank you. Just because your mother didn’t teach you, you’re never too old to learn manners.

Worst costumer service ever rude employers and not knowing what they are doing I place an online order to pick up I call confirming that they have the order and They said to come pickup I went and the store was close they made me wait 40 min outside the manager said that they were going to bring my order and nobody showed up after 40 min they asked me my order number and Confirmation and guess what they didn’t even have it and they said to come back the next day!
It’s disgusting the way they treated me and other clients in the same position as mine! I drove 30 min to get there for nothing is a hard situation for everyone with this virus but this people working there have no respect from clients

Came to ship out a ups package. Omg 30 mins waiting and no one even acknowledges that your on the line. Worst customer service!

The lady say my ink was corrected to my printer and when I go home the machine don’t take it I ask her if I can open the box and see it and she didn’t let me and have to go back and return it wasted my time and gas. I don’t recommend anyone go there and buy then I buy from online

Sashy (works in the printer section) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional and very nice.

Came to staple early in the morning purchase a ink cartridge and I ask the worker if it’s the right size for my printer and she said yes. Then I went home and it was the wrong size and I make my trip Again back to staple. I won’t go back to this store anymore. I will buy it online. And the cost of the ink catridge was 50 bucks and online was much cheaper. I don’t recommend coming back. Waste my gas and time.

No issues here. I always find what I need. Store is well played out plenty of services offered there. Staff is helpful.
The only thing I can't understand is why they only have one cashier there all the time.
The only draw back is a long check out wait.

If you need printing services, Staples is a good place for that. But I will give you a tip: If you have a lot of printing, don't DIY. Ask them to help. With one click they can save you a lot of time. They do not offer, but if you will ask they will help. I started on my own, and when asked for help they connected the flash drive to the main computer and printed everything in no time.

Friendly and helpful staff, was able to get beautiful printing materials while promoting and servicing the staff and customers with Chair Massages. Very busy during this back to school season and I will be returning to purchase more school supplies for friends, family and a giveaway. Thank you Muhammad, Noellen and the rest of the Staples Staff.

They don't even deserve 1 star! The printing center is horrible. The girl who helped us printed things we didn't need and didn't print what we did ask for. Now we're trying to call to find out if a separate print order is ready for pick up and they answer the phone and just hang up. 5 times already. When we actually get through they keep us on hold forever! Horrible lazy employees!

I went there for Printing Service around 6: 30pm to print out 5 copies and laminate. There was 2 worker a Male with box braids and a female. The male was at the register the female was printing jobs. There was
1 person ahead of me, the guy at the register was taking his sweet time ti answer them and definitely portrayed he didn't want ro work. After 20 min he finally acknowledged and tried to help me. He started helping me, then decided to help 3 other people and left me there, thought he was doing my job which he wasn't. So I got the attention of the female and she was about to help me then this fool of a man decided he was going ti start printing my job. After I waited over 45mins. Then he hangs me the papers without lamenting them and had me waiting another 10min. So I walked the hell out. I will not be a customer

Seems as if they are slowly having less and less merchandise in store. They are making a mistake since when everybody will go online to buy, they will have in store staff that customers will be able to see and take right there

I went to get a price regarding ordering envelopes. The representative walked away while I was entering my information I called her once I was done. She ignored me so I left.
