Terrible experience; needed help in finding a pen/pencil refill. An associate was summoned to meet me in the appropriate aisle. He immediately demanded I put on a mask. When I explained why I can’t wear one, he told me to leave. No “please, ” no “sorry, but—“ I have asthma, and have had to use a nebulizer daily (because I worked in retail and wore a mask). When my symptoms became unmanageable, my physician emphasized that I cannot wear a mask. This is termed a “medical exemption. ” This 20-something young man is not a fit ambassador. It is not a law and I wasn’t near anyone; HE got in my face to deliver his edict.
