Had a great experience with a sales associate named Emani during our TSA pre-check appointment. She was very welcoming and patient through out all my questions. The store was very clean and organized, will definitely be back
I’ve had bad experiences in this staples before BUT… ASHLEY in the printing center is AMAZING. She is a asset to the staples corporation I certainly hope they appreciate her!
So I was in this neighbood working near this Staples and had to get an Uber outta there but I could not get WiFi or 5G in the area. Your store employee Christine was working in print and marketing by the self service
copiers and was very kind and helpful with sharing the store WiFi and address so I could get back to my office.
Extremely poor and rude customer service. Natalie was yelling at me when I needed some help. I tried to ask her for help but realized that it didn't make sense to even ask cause she was angry and would start to yell, so I had no other option but to leave
Horrible customer service in the shipping department. Employees had me waiting on line for 20 mins while they were texting on their phone only to tell me they couldn't help me because the computers were busy. Why not tell me this when I'm the only person on line? I've been here at least 30 times and more than half the time the employees are in outer space. Avoid Staples for your shipping needs and support a local shipping center like Sent NY
The ladies working at the copy and print services are phenomenal and deserve all the possible praise. Quality customer service is all too rare but they really helped me and were super sweet. Sometimes you can have a life affirming event at the oddest of places
This is the store I go to if I am in the mood for staff to be condescending and rude to me.
Horrible Customer Service. I was put on hold by a girl who had no idea what she was doing and had no reason picking up the phone. She was bothered when I had her ask for an item and placed me on hold. The manager got on after the third phone call and when I asked him for the item I was looking for, he had no idea what I was talking about. I was placed on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on. Afterwards the phone was picked up when I called from a different number with the excuse being that someone else picked up their phone and I was hung up on. The manager needs to be FIRED. The staff need to be replaced. Not the way to treat a customer. I wish I could give 0 stars. No help whatsoever. Just trash employees.
Worst service ever. Employees are angry and they don't like you ask for help specially printing section.
Very rude woman employee and her attitude was intentionally and racially motivated. Very disappointed, used to be good store. Never coming back.
Pretty much everyone was helpful except for one guy who would even look at me and barely wanted to help. He only helped because I asked for help to one of his co-workers and they asked him for assistance. But the was not bad, just not 5 stars good.
Staples will defraud you! I ordered an expensive computer processor and it wasn’t shipped in the manufacturers box, came without warranty, and was a lower grade model that what I ordered. After complaining to customer service I was told I could return the item to my local store, but after I got to the store they denied my return on the grounds it didn’t have the manufacturers box. Customer service already knew this so when I contacted them again they denied it and agreed with the store. Bottom line: DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANYTHING ELSE THAN BUYING A PENCIL

Great store, well stocked and clean. Items very organized, everything is easy to find. The associates are very polite, courteous and will assist you immediately. They have a Great stationary and writing items section. Highly Recommend A+. And a large selection of Office Supplies!
