It’s a decent staples for New York the staff is friendly they have a ups usps and fedex drop off
FedEx is in the entrance the ups and usps is by the copy counter

I went to use staples print me out, the guy said i have to use my credit card and do it my self, or they will do it if above $10 sale.
I left and will never back staples going down

Exceptional service and very helpful- from Cashier 2006232. Male Chinese manger. Clear business communications about your printing documents.

This branch on Coney Island Avenue right off Avenue O is clearly run by lazy people who hate their job. They have no problem staring at customers for twenty minutes waiting to checkout at a counter. When one store worker asks the other to check the customer out at a subject aisle, the response is usually "I don't wanna. Don't feel like it. " A miserable store to shop in. Customer service and workers deserve zero stars.

I got all that you see here for
26.06 which would for sure beat Amazon prices since I got $10.00 off purchase after dropping off a package to be shipped through ups by staples. Great service and very happy with the purchase.

The young person working in the print area, Raymond, was so helpful. He was patient in helping to fill our order and making sure it was correct. Amazing experience!

Customer care at Staples seems to be a top priority. I was definitely having a tough time making a decision on which sticker paper I should purchase. The Salesperson took the time to explain & help me in my selection. Thanks for the assistance, my project turned out perfect.

The only thing I wanted to fit given text inside decorating A 4 page. They could not do it correctly.

I went to this store on 02/05/2022 morning search for a printer. A guy came across to me and ask if need help, I told him I am looking for a printer and asked if the HP 6978 model available in the store, and he searched for it and said yes. I signed up for the Instant Ink later after I got the printer.

Never use them for shipping I returned packages to several times via USPS and they both got lost

I was looking for a place to print my banner for my business and luckily found Staples! The banner came out really nice—excellent quality, highly recommend! Huge shoutout to their worker, Anthony, for helping me out! He thoroughly explained the difference between each banner material and also assisted me with selecting the perfect size. Wouldn’t have had a killer banner if it wasn’t for Anthony’s help!

One person at the counter trying to help several customer's at a time. Too long wait time to get simple job done. Not enough employee help. Slow service.
