Staples, New York NY

Beautiful store but the staff is very mediocre and rude at most. I came in today to pick up ink for my printer and I was getting ringed up two pens. I told the lady cashier that I would like to get the printer ink separate and she rings it up anyways. I work in retail too so I get it but I said separate. At least she took it out but that is not the point. When it came to buying the ink she was giving me the most expensive one so I asked for the cheaper option they didn’t have it. She was rushing me which I did not like. I never really liked this Staples and wish I can never come again but I am forced to for work and it is near my job. The merchandise is great but customer service needs to be worked on

Shoutout to Montana - she helped me with TSA Precheck and also finding some stuff in the store. You can tell she really cares! The other people on the floor were also friendly and offered assistance quickly.

Please don't get your passport photos done here, not only is it more expensive than competitors it's extremely unprofessional. I'm going to have to get mine redone because basic instructions were not followed, the person who helped me had totally illegible handwriting

The cashier and manager has an integrity problem, lied of being applied coupon but use the original price in order to get more money.
The employees are not as well trained and truth worthy compare to the other Staple stores. The last experience here is also bad. I would not recommend people to come to this Staple store unless they want to experience a depress shopping experience.
This case has ruin the brand image…

Very nice staff, needed a USB wall plug and a USB to micro cable (Since I am a fool and forgot to pack mine) they tacked on some discount I didn't even see, saving me money! Thank you!

The store is usually pretty busy during the day but the floor manager lady was so fun and nice! She helped me immediately find what I need, went in the back to check, and got me checked out. 100!

I went for TSA Precheck. Montana was so kind and helpful! The process was quick and easy. Highly recommend coming here over any other locations for your tsa processing.

Overpriced and extremely low quality supplies. $10 per binder and broken before i even got to use it

This is my to go place when it comes to basic supplement, great for school and office supplements. As they have pretty much everything you need, prices are cheap and affordable. Great employees and costumer service.

Update: Some staff member signed me up without me agreeing to their membership, and now I am getting constant annoying emails DAILY! And I can't even delete the account online!

I usually print via their website, and pickup my prints within a day or two when it's convenient to pass by.

The staples seems to be aging and is not frequented much. But there are options for printing, mailing, plenty of supplies, and staff to assist.

I went to buy a lock box, they only have the empty boxes on the shelves which I can understand. When I went to find an associate to help me there were no associates upstairs, an associate downstairs told me to go back upstairs without actually helping me. I ended up leaving because there was no help to be found. Pretty annoyed by the experience and probably won't go to this location again. Waste of time.
