I would like to thank Noah who works in the printing department for making my day easier and making me smile helping print pictures out of my father who just passed away Noah has a very amazing spirit and was very patient with me when I was very overwhelmed we spoke and gave each other words of encouragement Noah is a very lovely helping young man

It is very unorganized nd they just do whatever I am very disappointed in them they need a better team and management and it took over an hour to pay for smh never again

This gotta be the worst staples in Brooklyn. It’s dirty, the employees are rude and don’t even get me started on the manger of the establishment. Would not recommend to anyone

This is the second time they’ve messed up my lamination. It hurts to spend money on teacher resources and then have them damaged. It’s even more upsetting to pay for poor quality work and receive poor customer service.

This store is filthy. The printers are covered in a thick layer of dust and dirt. I had to make copies and I worried my copies would get dirty. The computer stations are disgusting too. Many of the employees are in no rush to help you. There are no Mac computers at this Staples. This is the first Staples I've been to without them. This Staples use to be nicer. Probably will never use this Staples again.

The people that work in the copy& printing center have no sense of urgency. They have no care or respect for the customers. The lady asked me for my order number and as I was reading the numbers out to her she walked away and started talking to other people. If you don’t like your job, quit.

I have never been to staples and I've never been to New York! Someone stole my account number and used my money! When I call the number, it keeps hanging up. Lazy people stealing from others is horrible!

Manager Eddie and Anthony were so helpful in getting PS315 school supplies! And arranged for a store donation. Thank you!

The staff member/cashier I dealt with was helpful & knowledgeable about the product I inquired about. Would’ve gotten 5 stars if the isles were labeled clearly so I didn’t have to walk around the store searching.:)

BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible service just now. I was told by an unqualified worker that they can't print out MY OWN ARTWORK on their printers because of "copyright infringement". MY OWN ART! I asked to immediately speak to management and explained that Im making copies of my own work, as a safeguard to potentially losing the original art during shipping across the country. This is an industry standard and I've been doing this at various Staples for years (everyone in the industry does this). I was still treated as if Im trying to bootleg something.

I will never be going back to this place of business again, the people working have no clue what they are doing, I hope this location goes out of business, Ive now witnessed on 4 incidents where a physical fight almost breaks out because of how long people have to sit there and wait for the workers to do anything beyond cashing someone out at the register. Complete disgrace and I hope senior management sees how incompetent the people in this building are. The ENTIRE work force should be fired and rebuilt from the ground up. I have no idea how this branch isn't bleeding in debt. As a business there is no way this branch turns any profit, it is run terribly and I've literally watched as a patch of black dust on an electric socket has grown to be over an inch tall and no one has ever cleaned it. It truly boggles my mind. This clearly visible dirtiness is literally in the middle of the print area where everyone can see it as they wait for any print "job" to be executed.
Absolutely disgraceful business practice that is now hindering my own professional income! ATTENTION! Potential customers, you've been warned, if you don't want to waste your entire day waiting on bozos who ignore you and sit on their phones, go somewhere else.

I went over to Staples on Utica Ave to copy photos. I was next in line. I needed to print two 11× 14 photos. The person in front of me had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen while the associate was servinf someone else at the shipping services desk. The line grew and we were completely ignored. Poor customer service!
