Star Bright Family Residence reviews
17Horrible mouse eaten food, rotten milk. Mostly useless staff. Half the security is gangster or ignorant. Not even a ged ignorant. This is just a small step above a single person shelter.
Kathy cotto y don't u contact DHS the one that runs that shelter and tell them how Mrs brown treats u tell DHS about u and son that u r sick and u can't eat that food
Witnessing trouble makes reap the privalge of Staying here. Causing conflexs with and braking rules stay here/others that partners are working and have medical reasons to stay are sent to a facility that has residents sharing bathrooms and no visiting are. How do DHS determines who stays and how is moved. Mind bugaling.
The food is terrible you get sick the Staff like Mrs. Brown Treats The Homeless like they are Numbers because each person that lives there she gets paid $4,000.00 Thousands Dollars per person and when I saw her for the first Time because my son and myself we allergic to Foods and also my son and myself we are type 2 Diabetes and she told us that we could survive with water and the safety sucks in the building they have pedefile and sexual predators that lives in the building and not even across the street they have a child care and

Me and my wife thank god for putting us here in Brooklyn Star Bright Family have made us feel like we had a home to go to we thank the staff and social workers for their help we pray that we are accepted to be part of the Star Bright Family. RM# 431 the Ortiz family.
A place typically for homeless disabled people and there family members, it's also a non- cooking facility that provides you with three meals a day.
The place is ok.they treat you like human being there.the security is cool they treat you with respect.
It's good for the most part. Haven't had any issue with any one but there are a lot of drug addicts here.
Drugs, drugs, you can buy anything in here. Sell pee 1.00. Tell you they will put you out for not finding.a place in two week's. Just not a good place fighting
Do you need to shut down the shelter because of their own help people with apartments or with section 8 or with New York City housing
This is not it's all they to be they treat people unfairly I wind recommend this shelter to snjy one
Horrible people and this place loves to make false statements. My husband became very ill and is no longer here because of their antics and they should all be without jobs. Avoid this place
They offer wonderful yoga and meditation classes for clients and staff twice a week! Staff are hard working and caring, the facility is clean, and there are a vast range of programs offered.
