STAR Physical Therapy, Fairport NY

I've visited STAR on occasion for PT for quite a few years and have always had wonderful results. I've worked with Tony with my issues of pain in my back, leg, shoulder and now knee & hand. Tony has a unique personality and a great sense of humor! I definitely would recommend if you are in need of Physical Therapy, STAR would be the place to go, so that you may once again move comfortably, regain flexibility & above all, work with a very knowledgeable staff! If it wasn’t for Heather, I wouldn’t have know I needed a hip replacement surgery back in 2020. She saved me from more serious problems! She has my forever gratitude.
I am having my other hip replaced in March. If I have to finish my PT outpatient, I will only want to go to S. T. A. R and have Heather!

This is my third time back to Star Physical Therapy, all for different problems.frozen shoulder, broken collarbone and sore knee. Each time they have been able to put me on an exercise program to resolve the problem without reoccurrence. If I have anymore issues I won't think twice about coming back to Star.

John Ciavaglia is my PT, for a lower back issue. John listens intently to the customer, despite (in my opinion) having heard the same things, many times over his many years as a PT.
