Had a great experience with the instructor Mr Ray! He was very professional and fun to listen to. I really learned more information on being a better security officer. He really cared about our personal safety and our career. This is the best school I’ve ever joined.

I was in ray class he is the bests security teacher he. Read up taught every thing about being a security guard you rock ray darshani williams say so

He is very engaging and knowledgeable in his field. I learned alot and happy I came this this facility, I would definitely recommend Star Security for training and/or renewing your security guard license.

Ray is very good at what he does. Consummate professional that rises above personal issues and positively impacts each Student in his classroom.

Today is June 19,2021 and I just finish doing my 8 hour annual for my certificate. The trainer today was Ray. He was a very good teacher. I really enjoyed his class today.

Black owned business very professional from the receptionists to the teacher's, they are hands on from beginning to ending whatever questions or concerns you may have they help you with. Teacher's are cool as they make the class setting relaxed not boring so that while your learning time breeze right on bye!

I learned and had fun. I didn't know anything before I got here. Mr. G has to be the coolest Cop in Brooklyn lol. I'm coming here to do ALL of my certifications.the seat is uncomfortable lol.but the learning, the helpfulness, and the warm inviting feel definitely makes you not care about the seat being Hard, and I did 8 and 16hr and Mr. Smith was great and can REALLY TEACH SO YOULL LEARN

The Instructor. Mr. C Harris was a great instructor. He truly is a motivational speaker and educated us on things related to security that no other instructors did in all the 14 yrs that I have been in this business. I'm glad that I had him as my instructor and look forward to taking some of the up lifting classes related to security. Always pushing Us to do better for our lives. Thank you Mr. C. Harris

Very rude, The workers are very disrespectful and dont listen to you when you speak they care more about what their saying and give you mean looks worse place ever, very negative enviornment

Absolutely dirt service don’t pay them because they will give you a run around about a refund even if you complain days before It’s ridiculous they have someone running the operator lines with a African accent who’s unbelievably rude and won’t answer any questions what so ever they just simply don’t care but do not pay them any money at all unless you are sure you can make the class! Be warned i honestly wouldn’t attend the school period though

Prejudiced environment with a bias against minority women who are able to reject their stereotypical assumptions. Be careful as it appears this company uses it refund policy to punish and falsely forfeit your payment. God is great. $100.can always be regained but your dignity and humanity must be stood up for. Poor Service, rude workers, biased environment.

I usually dont write reviews but this place has to change from the instructors to office personnel it needs to Went there this morning to do my annual and the instructor Dr.mamado was very rude and aggressive with the women and young men of color who attend the class. He spoke as if they were criminals not security guads. When a women in her late 30 early 40 asked a question he felt it was a disturbance to the class and responded to her saying "do you wanna go to jail.its 2018 people and its time for business to respect the people in the community who help make those ventures successful.

Very rude and disrespectful waste of my money this lady doesn’t know what she’s talking about keeps repeating her self when I asked her a question she became very irate the supervisor sat in the back and said noting DONT WRITE A GOOD REVIEW FOR A DICOUNT SOMETHING NEED TO BE DONE

Mr Dixson is a great instructor and an all around great person. He was thorough and direct. I appreciate him and Star Security for setting my foundation.

This is the best place you can invest your time and money. Mr. Dixson is the best teacher you can have. He takes his job serious while making sure you feel comfortable as well. Take time out to make sure you can attend Mr. Dixson's class.

Mr. Dixson instructions are very clear and to the point. He’s a great instructor & because of that I’d refer people to this establishment.
