I had to replace the bottom half of a snap button, and he managed to find it and fixed it for me. He’s truly incredible.

Came in with a few rush items. Staff explained what I could and could not do with my items in a straightforward easy to understand manner. Understandably rush items are a difficult accommodation in this field, and although I had only 3 items, I was very grateful for the direct and immediate attention. Price was beyond reasonable for what I was asking, especially for the city based location.

Does not adhere to proper COVID regulations, owner gives preference to certain clients garments over others. Inconsistent in showing up for work, and inconsistent quality of work.
Do not support this business. The owner, Nestor, falsely accused his wife of domestic violence, had her arrested in front of their children, traumatizing them. To make matters worst, he does not provide any financial/emotional support to his 4 children, all minors, whom are making ends meet by visiting food pantries. The man has no shame.

Nestor has been my guy since 2014. Made me happier than my exhusband. From Loro Piana Coats to customized Docs. I've gone to him and you should too.

He always does a great for me. I have very high end clothes that need snaps and other things. He alway take care of them very well.

Huge variety of buttons and snaps. Very easy to work with customer service, in my experience they are effective and work fast.
