Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
14Nice attentive staff and clean area. This Starbucks isn’t overly crowded as well so it’s easy for me to get my drinks in the morning. I have no qualms when it comes to this place. Like any other coffee shop, it does the job and it does it well!
I love Starbucks. Friendly staff & Christmas Coffee are one of the perks here as well as a variety of what I find to be fairly priced gourmet food variety.
I've been coming to this location frequently since I work next door. I've never encountered a rude cashier at any Starbucks until today. I was there at 1: 53 pm ET today (Jan, 29th, 2020) where I approach a tall young woman (gap between her teeth) who did not greet me, had a bad attitude when asked a question about signature drinks, who rolled her eyes when asked to add whip-cream. Customer service is providing good efficient service by the employee helping the customer. It is very important to an organization, because if the employee give good customer satisfaction and attends to the customers needs by being polite than the organization/ business will benefit because the customer is more likely to come back to that Business in the Future. Dear manage, address the following issues. Have her shadow the awesome staff in the morning- she will benefit from them.
A good spot close to Penn when need to wait on a train or someone coming off of one. Two floors, usually places to sit.crew was excellent when I was there, but these change all the time.
WiFi is weak upstairs, and no outlets I could see. It's a shame high capacity places like this one encourage you to use your laptop but also want you out quickly, but that's how it is in business.
Outstanding design, suoer friendly staff, I love the black store front, one thing turned me off is seeing the flies in the sandwiches fridge roaming freely in there aroundnall the exposed food.
Another point is that some of the tables were extremely unstable/ bit dirty, and very small, should pay more attention to that.
Decent location. I had pretty good service when I went, on a Saturday afternoon. Be aware that there are very few outlets and no public bathroom, though the second floor is great for getting work done. It's conveniently located just a few blocks away from Penn Station as well.
Your employees closed the store at 10 PM today. They are still in the store with the doors locked and laughing.
My review has been changed- don't listen to any complaints about a barista named Aviva, anyone who wrote it was forced to by a man taking advantage of his authority over volunteers at Fashion Week. I'm sure Aviva is great at her job and I'm sorry she had to deal with him.
Terrible. Was standing in line to buy drinks and my mother had to use the bathroom. The barista told us the bathroom was for employees only. I’ve never heard of Starbucks not having a public restroom available to customers, especially paying customers. That is not okay.
I always like place where i feel welcome, therefore this is the place to go. The coffee is the same like in many other stores around the world.
Coffee is really a matter of taste and of course it won't always taste exactly the same. But here you get a good quality Starbucks coffee and for this location (Pen Station.) in an acceptable waiting time.
The Starbucks makes a good impression and is also very clean for the amount of customers who come by here.
If you need it, you can also access a solid WiFi network.
Perfect location to meet people for 2 minutes walk from penn station, good coffee, WiFi, seats, toilet, who could ask for more
The barista charged me for the wrong drink, and when I told her it was the wrong drink she gave me an aditude snarled at me and asked what I ordered. I told her and said thank you. She made my drink wrong a second time I said it wasn’t right she again snarled at me and insisted it was right. If I wasn’t in a strange city waiting for family to get down with their show. I’d go somewhere else. I guess starbucks has gone down hill and I will take my money somewhere else.
20 minute wait for an Americano and they forgot about the English tea I also ordered. No apologies for the delay and to top it off, without doubt the worst coffee ever tasted. Actually it didn't taste of coffee at all which is no wonder when they poured some instant coffee into the cup and filled with water. Very disappointing.
