Starbucks, New York NY

Centrally located right next to Union Square park. Large area with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and attentive and all were wearing face coverings. Starbucks Sumatra is my go-to coffee, delicious as always. Bathroom is clean, but has an off putting smell, but I’m sure it’s probably due to the constant use. Beware of the faucet! When you turn it on, it comes on and will get ya every time! Front of my shirt and pants are soaked and now I’m walking around like I peed myself (I promise I didn’t!). Overall a good Starbucks.

Place was clean but terrible service super slow to have 40 people in the store is crazy during COVID and the staff just standing around not taking orders with 15 people in line

It's clean and the work quickly on getting your order ready, but people who don't even purchase food hog seats. It's annoying.

Nice Starbucks with a public bathroom. Great place to grab a coffee and sit in Union Square park.

The barista had the audacity to tell me that it didn’t matter when she gotten my order wrong pouring a grande size drink in to a venti adding more ice and oat milk to my drink I just simply asked for an extra shot of expresso considering that it was busy. But for her to tell me it don’t matter was unprofessional

Did not call my name when my drink was ready. Eventually someone else saw it and called my name. Then they said “I wasn’t there” when I was standing 4 feet away from the counter the whole time.

Some of the friendliest Starbucks employees are here at Union Sq East. Due to the pandemic I no longer work in Union Sq but these guys still greet me like they did when they saw me every day.

This Starbucks is a little smaller than average but the service was good and fast and there's Union Square Park right across the street where you could sit on benches to enjoy your coffee or tea on a nice day.

I have to say since the issue that starbucks had when we first deployed and they refused to send coffe over they have in fact made a decent try to turn around, now with that being said I work in NYC as a first responder and to go in to the store at 10 union square order a black eye and pay top dollar for over rated coffee just to hear the girl say I need 1 shot in that black eye is ridiculous. She heard me clearly. The batista making the coffee fixed the issue because I mentioned something she was great. Not fair. How many others pay top dollar only to get gypt out of what they pay for. This just happened. Please confirm what you are paying for because that to me is stealing.

I was amazed by the skills of one of the barista. I have never had a drink that was more visually appealing then the advertisement until today. I hope you see this Jay. You are an amazing barista. Your skills are amazing. I will most definitely visit it again.

Just ordered a java chip it was perfect not too chunky like most Starbucks. Elon was a fantastic barista!

It’s not my favorite Starbucks location the only reason I like getting my coffee there is because the staff are super friendly

I love their specialty flavored coffee's and their hot Americanos macchiato and lattes Their ice coffee is not as good but I love the different coffee's for the different seasons.
