Starbucks, Amherst NY

Best Starbucks in Buffalo, Mark and his staff are excellent. I drive passed 2 other starbucks to get to this one.

Always fast and friendly. I've never seen long lines at this location. Online order is efficient, has a drive through.

Personally my favorite Starbucks. I have 2 Starbucks closer to my house and I prefer this one. The line is rarely long and I belive them to have a more experienced staff, since my drinks come out correct every time!

Always had awesome customer service. Only complaint I have is exiting the drive-thru can be difficult during rush hours.

I wish I could have taken my drinks back as they were made wrong. Won't go to that Starbucks again. Felt as if the servers didn't care about the product or service they were providing at the prices they charge my drink should have been made correctly.

Worst Customer Service I EVER received! Went to get a coffee and to get my mind off of my mom's surgery today and got treated like garbage.and our order was wrong.

The NICEST staff at this location! I drive out of my way to come here because I love the baristas! Always so cheerful and happy to see their customers:) favorite Starbucks by far!

Rude young girl with glasses at counter this morning, screaming at me for not maintaining “social distance” when I was 8 feet away atleast. Then I got to the counter and she was like “whatcha want” and I said “hold on, you didn’t let me look” and she gave me a straight up attitude. Like come on lol, where’s your manners. Other locations are great, but this one falls short of the friendliness

These girls that worked here rocked this place! They were fantastic. Couldn't have asked for better, thank you ladies. Way to go ladies, especially during such difficult times!

Starbucks is Starbucks. You can justify the higher price of their products when compared to other coffee chains like Tim Hortons or DD because the coffee IS better. So if you want coffee for what it is, black coffee with nothing on it, this is the best option.

Not the typical layout that I'm used to in NJ. This store was cramped and dirty.almost walked out when I walked in.

I go to this Starbucks drive-thru every morning before work and the other day I was telling the barista (katie) that there was a big spider on my car so she could avoid when handing me my drink and she got it off of my car for me! Everyone at this location is very very kind and that was just above and beyond. I go out of my way to go here because I love all of the workers so much:) thank you for always starting my day off on a good note guys!

Just went through the drive through here. Ordered a venti size caramel frappe. And when I got to the window the girl threw my credit card out the window and wasn’t that nice. Like almost like as she did it purposely to me. So you get 2 stars only

I considered giving this Starbucks 2 stars but I changed it to 1 and here’s why:
- This location makes some of the worst drinks out of all the locations I’ve ever been to. Every coffee I get is littered with coffee grounds at the bottom. The tea-lemonades are always off when it comes to the ratio of tea to lemonade. I got a gingerbread mocha & it tasted like liquid nutmeg. There’s no integrity put into the products.
- The layout of the building is confusing to put it lightly. Its essentially one narrow hallway with a counter at the end. If you’re trying to walk past someone—forget about it.
- The drive-thru is so narrow, and the turn to get into it is so sharp.it’s just not worth it at that point.
- According to the app, they have not restocked their Passion Tango Tea in months. The Passion Tango Tea Lemonade is my favorite drink of all time, and even an incorrectly made drink is better than no drink.
Long story-short, don’t go out of your way to come here.

I agree wit Karen, they used to have really good service but recently I’ve been treated very meanly.

Used to have better service. Lately everytime we go we get the wrong order. Went to the drive up window today with my husband, they gave us the wrong order. He parked and I went in to get it fixed and the baristas were talking badly about him. Very unprofessional.

My favorite Starbucks! Great staff! Can't live without my Americano Ristretto! Great recommendation:)

Love this location on sheridan in Williamsville looks like they are almost finished renovations.

It's a very small location, and has a more popular drive-thru than any Starbucks I've seen. The drive-thru is really convenient when you're in a hurry and just need to grab a coffee before work.

A nice atmosphere, with good drinks at a decent price. Always free WiFi, and plenty of outlets. Friendly staff present.
