16I had such a bad first time experience here. Came here for a mobile order frap and let me tell you I waited a good 20-25 mins for my order and I would understand if they were busy but they weren’t. I saw my drink sitting in the blender for a while and they kept bouncing around between orders and on top of it I saw staff talking and standing around talking and trading shifts. I’ve worked in retail so believe me last thing I want is to be a Karen lol. But come on it shouldn’t take that long. Not to mention since it was sitting in the blender it was melted. It wasn’t even frozen by the time they finally decided to pour it out into a cup. Very disappointed: (
This location is always so busy. They are always respectful and patient. Sometimes they may not have your bakery goods.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting! And there was no toilet paper! We are still in a pandemic, clean up!
I did both. I liked everything except when you order oatmilk it need to be inside the store for ordering which is not right, plus i have to wait twice in line to order and in line to wait for the order and looking for parking.
I was disappointed because I already spent time on line.come to find out that they don't have any more of the coffee I requested. I would have to wait another 5 to 7 minutes. And the cashier wasn't as friendly as expected
5 stars to make up for all the karens out there. These people care even when u don't have time to think about whether they do
Asked for 2 Grande caramel iced coffees with whipped cream & same drink in a Tall. The tall had whipped cream & caramel drizzle, the other 2 had no whipped cream, no caramel drizzle & No caramel at the bottom. And it had instructions on the label stuck to the drinks to add in too. ️
Very busy and friendly outlet of starbucks around the beautiful neighborhood.adorned compartment and expertise barista are the eye catching side in here.lets have a coffee in here! Recommended.
The iced shaken drinks are my favorites with chocolate drizzle and topped with sweet vanilla cream. The staff is friendly, efficient, and professional. Always a good vibe.
Will not revisit that particular Starbucks again. Had to wait longer than I deemed necessary for second order.while waiting, several customers came in ordered and left. At that point I decided to take a sip of my hot black tea and realized it wasn't what I ordered. Something green and thick. I returned it.the servicer seemed surprised. It took the third person to get first order correct. Now the 2nd order was given hot and should have been cold. The young lady tried to have patience but failed when asking which flavor my husband wanted. I had to step in because he was losing patience too.the wrong size was given.in the end the young man that corrected my ordered refund me $1 and cents also gave a $4 coupon for next trip. HE did well, his temperament and customer service techniques were well displayed. Although both orders were wrong, they were corrected in the end.
Machines down and frozen food over priced save money cook at home come in for refreshers and a lunch pastry with warm milk
Ordered 15 minutes in advance and waited 30 minutes. Asked twice where my order is and they told to wait or ask for refund. Will not order her again.
Literally just got coffee right now. I believe it is coffee water because this iced caramel latte even with syrup is bitter as hell and the color is off; looks like iced tea. Worst location I’ve been to. Whoever the barista is, please quit.
I have been with the Fresh Meadows Starbucks location for 9+ years. They had the best team ever. However, up until 2 years ago they started hiring people with Horrible Horrible customer Service Skills and etc. If it wasn't for Frankie and Adir the store would be in SHAMBLES. I know alot of people who are complaining but haven't because of GREAT STAFF LIKE ADIR, FRANKIE, MARGO, SAYO AND VICKY. THIS LOCATION NEEDS MORE STAFF LIKE FRANKIE AND ADIR. THE STAFF NAMES I HAVE MENTIONES IS ONE AWESOME AND A GREAT TEAM THAT DOES NOT GET RECOGNIZED FOR THEIR HARD WORK AND AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I gave 5 star because of the great team I mentioned.
I think some staffs in this place need to get more training how to serve the customers properly and how many stocks (cups and tumblers) are left behind etc.because I ordered a tumbler with my points and they said they do not have the item currently.but the tumbler I ordered was right on the shleve that I could see. They did not even looking for it and refunded to me like six rewarding cards.she said each card has 4dollars values.who else want to get refund to 6cards that each 4 dollars value. I think They do not know how to refund of the reward points for the customers. The staff asked to other co worksers how to do it but all of them did not know how to refund for that.besides I kept asking to say something the staffs' attitudes were so rude. At the end, I asked to get the tumbler on the shleve and grap it by myself.such a bad experience for me.hopefully being nicer and professional next time!
It's located in a plaza with other stores. Very convenient to get to and there is a parking lot you can use if there is no street parking. They have your usual items but was lacking in skinny options. Pre- COVID, this is actually a busy location but with COVID safety measures people come in to place their order or do their mobile orders. It was not as clean or well kempt but will satisfy your fix.
