Starbucks, Rego Park NY

Went through the drive thru June 29 at 9: 15pm.
Me and a few friends asked for iced coffees and the orders were all incorrectly made. The women at the drive thru was very rude. When we went back for our new orders, it was made incorrect again. That woman was about 5ft 7in, looked latina, and was wearing a starbucks cap at the time. That's the last time me and my friends waste our time and money in this location.

Service sucked so bad.

My husband ordered a decaf Americano with little bit of half and half (stated just a drop) the batista handed him a double espresso and some cream on the side in a separate cup. Overall kind of bad customer service experience at this specific Starbucks. Even the lady who took the order didn't know how to greet and everyone just looks EXTREMELY sad here. Not a Starbucks type of experience/environment at all.

If I could give them a zero I would. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIFIC. Baristas there have nastiest attitudes and are very disrespectful. If you don’t like to interact with people maybe customer service isnt the job for you.

They have alot of patience. Great with kids. Offering not caffeine drinks for kids. A+ service.

I especially LOVE this place for the drive thru. The parking is kinda bad, only very few spots available, and it shares them with a gym. I suggest doing the drive thru if you go here.

My go to Starbucks in this area. The employees constantly make sure tables are clean for the next customer. Chill environment with great lighting. This location also have a drive thru and parking space.

Wish there were more "Starbucks DRIVE THRU" in the area because this one is so hit or miss. Half the time we get quick service and our orders look better than the ones in the ads, the other half of the time they repeat our order back to us at the drive thru window and STILL manage to get every single drink twice.

Very disappointing they gave wrong orders! 3rd time that happened no choice but to order here this is the closest coffee place at my job. Please do your job properly!

Not happy at all with my visit at this store! Order was wrong after repeating 3 times what it is, restroom out of order, nowhere to park, half of my order (a sandwich) was stolen by another customer. Will avoid this store from now on!

This Starbucks has a small parking lot shared with other businesses, so you might get a spot if you're lucky. However, what's awesome is that this Starbucks has a drive-thru. It's inside is spacious with a lot of seats. The downside is sometimes this place is dull even with many customers. Most of them are reading or on a laptop. I walked in a few times and it felt like I was walking in a library. Silence. I don't recall even if music was played. I would feel uncomfortable and rude coming in here with a friend to have a conversation over coffee. Nonetheless, the food and drinks here are comparable to any other Starbucks.

I think is one of the best Star buks in New York with drive through n park with a baut 1500 sq ft of space for ppl to chill out n do they lap top work so yeh n Retro fitness brand new place up stairs hottel in the. Back of the parking lot PcRichard store on the right side come c it for yore salf walcome Lexo Makavelli
