Starbucks, Queens NY

I typically don’t like to purchase too much from coffee chains, but this Starbucks location is awesome. Not only is it conveniently located right next to the Astoria Blvd NW station, but the baristas that work there are super friendly and always follow order instructions to the T. They keep it clean and it’s a great place to sit and work when there are available tables.

Went to this Starbucks on a rainy Sunday to pick up my mobile order. This location has a small set of steps at the entrance and ample space for social distancing. My drink was perfect. Only thing was my food was put into another person's bag order and it was only because he checked his bag and gave it back to the employee that I ever got my food. Not cool, especially in a pandemic. For that I had to take a star away.

My new favorite barista by far has to be! BRANDON. He takes his time and makes the drinks right and didn't complain or question me when I asked for 3 puppachino's

Another lady working this morning as well she is very nice and courteous I didn't get to see her name but she was the one on expo

Absolutely no consistency. It’s almost as if baristas don’t read your order and make whatever half made drink they assume it to be. When a custom lattes is over 7$, the expectations of service. Quality and consistency are higher and those expectations are never met at this location. Honestly I don’t know what to do- do I have to have the barista remake every. Single. Coffee. I get. It’s honestly just more of a hassle. Not to mention- the baristas call out the mobile orders but never hand them out. They just let the coffees die on the line while 10-15 people wait. There is no expedited process of getting coffee from the line/bar to the customer.

Omg if there was a 0 option they definitely deserve it. This Location has no organization whatsoever I ordered and over 15mons go bye and nothing they were doing the dam online orders before anyone else and nobody was there to pick they orders up why not service the customers that are there physically and are waiting forever! They made my order wrong the guy was so confused the workers were all over the place I didn’t go back because I did not want to wait another 15mins or longer never again will I go to this location

Absolutely awful experience. Never going back to that Starbucks! I waited 30 minutes for a blueberry scone that I had asked to be warmed up. I finally said, "I'll take it cold" and then it was given to me. There was one person who had placed a microwave order before me. When the guy protested regarding his order, the Starbucks worker held on to the sandwich and gave the guy a lecture about "not having control about how long it takes. " It wasn't about that! They never even put the stuff in the microwave. I feel really bad for that customer I'm sure it totally ruined his day!

Incredible hospitable personal. It's not Starbucks it is the people enhind the counter makes what's Starbucks is and so be it.amen.

What is wrong with this place?
So much hot outside and this Starbucks doesn’t have AC.
Workers and customers suffer to stay there.
The Chinese manager with glasses can not do anything?
The only thing than she can do is when customers ask her for the restroom code then she get angry and put a note to the restroom that’s out of order.
So ridiculous.

Nice place to rest and talk with my husband. They need to wash their windows, and clean counter and table tops.

Service is super SLOW! Employees rushing to get orders done. I received my HOT coffee, with no cup sleeve, had to remind employee to give me one for the HOT coffee. One customer asked for skim milk and the employee rushed grabbed the gallon of milk, left it on the counter for the customer. The gallon of milk sat on the counter for over 30 minutes with no cap nor refrigeration. Shame on you Starbucks!

First time in my life i saw so cold Starbucks.
The heat does not work or they dont want to turn on.
I am very disappointed.

Just a Starbucks, the music is way too loud. It was 8: 30 AM and they were acting as if they are a bar on a weekend.

This Starbucks sucks with their customer service, had to complain about 5 times with their attidude towards customers. I'm a daily customers for 4 months straight and that's how I get treated. James and espically George got some attidude problem. Hope they treat other customer right this time.

Staff is great, service time is decent (zero wait time with app). Only downside is right near train station - not ideal for meetings or phone calls. For studying, look no further!

The chicken sandwich I got had barely any chicken and was overpriced. Sticking to only coffee for now on.

Will not allow customers to use restroom even in case of a emergency need will not go back are suggest to anyone

Great spot with lots of seating! The music was a bit too loud but it seems like no one really minded much. If you are looking to study I wouldn't chose this specific location. But just to hang out have coffee surf the internet it's a great spot!

Convenient location, but always understaffed and inconsistent with drinks. I have visited many mornings and my experience has always been poor.
