Starbucks, Jericho NY

Wonderful staff, especially the young barista named Grace. She is always so sweet and I look forward to seeing her in the drive-thru window;)

That didn't make the coffee right. I ordered two coffees and neither one was right. The placer was a mess. One young man was very helpful though.

I love this location. It has a friendly staff, great coffee and a good selection of quick bites to eat. Just in case you have the munchies!

This Starbucks was well run with friendly baristas and pretty good turn around for walking in to order.

This is the best Starbucks store we have been to. We had a large complex order and the baristas got everything right. Their service was super fast. Most importantly the cashier got my name spelled correctly when the order came out. This will now be our go to Starbucks.

Asked for a drink but slightly customized, as I do at all the locations I have been to. Not only was my drink made incorrectly but when I pointed it out, the person (manager? - short guy w tats on arms) was a real jerk about it. On top of it, my drink was sub par. This is the only Starbucks location where I encountered such an issue.

Most over-rated, over priced American dump! Can't even order a normal coffee! This is why AMERICA RUNS ON DUNKIN!

I love Starbucks they need to come up with an air freshener that smells like a Starbucks all I need is 5% of the sales that's all LOL

I need my coffee and this place always delivers. The staff is always friendly and ready to go. Even when there’s a long line. Or a lot of online orders they always seem to get me in and out fast. They also have a good breakfast sandwiches if you’re in a rush and don’t have the time to stop at the bagel place.

Person working behind counter questioned my choice of coconut milk and started giving me an unwanted lesson in nutrition. When I completed the order she started talking sh*t about coconut milk to her coworkers, audibly. 10/10 be careful if you order coconut milk here, you might cause a ruckus.

Good solid sbux with plenty of room & comfortable seats to get work done, have a meeting, and enjoy the sbux offerings.

Why when it's CHRISTMAS all your Cups don't say MERRY CHRISTMAS? Let everyone have their holidays! I'm going to stop buying Starbucks from now till after CHRISTMAS. I'll use my Nespresso machine I got for CHRISTMAS! P. S. HAVE a Merry P. C. Day!

I ordered on the app and waited 20 minutes before arriving to pick up my drink and once I got there, I waited another 10.even after that, they had only prepared half my order and claimed that I “never ordered the other half” even though I did and paid for it advance.if you are looking to study, I don’t recommend this Starbucks simply because it’s too crowded and service is very slow causing you to waste your time. However, I will concede that the drinks were made well.

If there was an option for zero stars that will be my choice. This location consistently makes errors with my drinks. I order the same thing every time- a venti soy chai tea latte, extra hot NO FOAM and every time I get my drink its full of guess what- FOAM. Most of the staff makes no eye contact there is a huge attitude when asked to fix the drinks.

Great Team at the Starbucks at Jericho, actually every one I ever visited never once I had a bad experience.
