Starbucks, Greece NY

It says they're open at 4: 30 in the morning I get out of work I'm there at 4: 43 and they're not open I wish there was better communication and valid information on
store hours

It's Starbucks, you'll either like it or not. A chain store serving coffee, tea, mocas, lattes, and a variety of preassembled food items.

The staff are always very friendly and they move very quickly. They double check what you ordered and always start a friendly conversation. The feta egg white wrap is vegetarian friendly and my go to. I get a matcha with brown sugar and toasted vanilla syrup with oat milk. The addition of oat milk is what made me start to trying starbucks drinks. I took one star away because the drive through can be awkward, sometimes the line stretches into the street and blocks traffic.

I don't care for their coffee, that's just my taste, because the long line to the drive thru tells a different story for those that do. The food though is great The egg bites were fantastic as were the cheese danish.

The drinks we ordered are not the drinks we got. Had to send one drink back and ask it to be completely remade. The drinks comes back and it's still not correct but wasn't going to sit for another 5 mins. Very disappointed.

This location is always very fast. Especially when it counts, like the lunch hour rush. Big thumbs up!
And as of April 16th it's still open while many others are getting their renovations.

The coffee, as always, was perfection. The problem is the access to parking and the drive through-extremely poor planning. There is no flow, and it is not a positive experience.

It's Starbucks. The staff at this location was friendly and efficient. The coffee is the coffee, it's good. The food is just OK and nothing i would recommend or detere from. My kids are obsessed with the cold fruit drinks, they are tasty.

This specific location makes the best drinks, I haven’t had a mess up thus far. They’re always very polite and show they care about their customers. As long as we’re happy, they’re happy. The food is always fresh too!

Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my coffee and food yesterday so I’ll leave the recipe below for what I normally get each time I go. It’s delicious and I highly recommend you trying!

Venti Cold Brew Coffee:
-Light ice
-Caramel drizzle
-Splash of almond milk
-Vanilla sweet cream cold foam
- (4) pumps of toffee nut syrup
- (5) pumps of white chocolate mocha sauce
- (1) shot of espresso

I got the Double-Smoked Bacon, Cheddar and Egg Sandwich. My absolute fav and it was immaculate.

Very friendly. Keep up all the great work! I'm in hospitality bussiness and it's always nice to get a thank you and pat on the back.

I'm a delivery person now and I was picking up an order. All I have to say don't order around 3-5. I couldn't get out of the parking lot!

The entrance is terrible! With the traffic from the street and then the plaza. They need to change it asap! And it’s always packed!

This Starbucks location is probably the most frequent that I visit the staff is always on point the service is excellent and the drink orders are almost always 100% accurate I would highly recommend this location in the Starbucks brand for any coffee connoisseur

I hate to say it but most locations I've been going to, customer service is an issue. This location has it together! Service is wonderful, they always make eye contact and communicate with me. Kind group of people and they know how to make amazing handcrafted beverage! So thank you!

I go to this Starbucks pretty often and they always get my order correct! It’s wonderful lol The employees are so friendly and helpful. They have great customer service skills and attitude! However, I will say the drive thru line can get long.

I don't go to this location a lot. When I do go here the line moves pretty quickly, my drinks are always right and the staff is always very friendly.
