Starbucks, North Babylon NY

Renovations removed all seats and now you can’t even order in store must do through mobile app. It’s sad.

DRIVE THROUGH ONLY! This is a standard Starbucks and the drinks are fine. However they recently changed the building to be a drive through location and it limits how quickly you can be served and prevents you from sitting inside. The food and drink is good.

No in store ordering, drive through is always wrapped out of the parking lot. Out of mostly everything.

I’ll stop by every once in a blue moon for a Frappuccino and that’s about it. But when it comes right down to it Starbucks is a ripoff. If I really want a cup of coffee than I’ll go to the Dunkin Donuts across the street. If I want a frozen beverage than I’ll go to McDonald’s which is just north of here.

I don’t understand what they are doing. They closed the place down now they have only mobile pick up and drive through. What happened to being able to go in order and just enjoying your overpriced coffee inside? Disappointing.

Closing was a bit abrupt. Employees were always nice and efficient here. My only issue is that due to this location closure and the lack of other Starbucks, customers are left in the dust.

I either have to go to the Starbucks at Target or the mall; which half the times are closed, understaffed, or don’t understand the menu enough to make the drink. I hope Starbucks corporate can improve other locations or have better alternatives when remodeling/closures happen. There is always a Dunkin next door as well.

Starbucks Sunset Plaza, 1238 Deer Park Ave. I give the taste of the coffee 5 stars when it’s made well. However, don’t expect to have the same coffee every time.

When they’re closed for maintenance/ tech difficulties (frequent) the staff doesn’t let you know, they just ignore you. Be weary if going in the morning

Theres always something going on with location. Its either they closed or they dont have it.

Had to listen to the customer before me tell her life story to the cashier after she ordered
Another customer then jumped in while I was ordering and got the attention of the cashier over me
The barista is now sitting here talking about his car issue dent instead of making coffee
I work and have meetings
People should not be delayed for conversations

Today I went to this Starbucks and was very concerned. The employees were sweating at work but also not giving the correct orders. I ordered a drink and it came back not what i asked for then they proceeded to act like I didnt say a thing. I forgot to take a picture of my drink but not to review this place. I had to share the truth to you as to why they didnt care. $30 for 4 drinks I ordered the same 4 drinks with carmel, cinnamon and less ice and i didnt get that. This starbucks should be closed down the employees do not care at all. I understand it was morning rush hour but either way as a team they shouldve made sure everyone was happy. I’ve also saw the reviews of others 1 star should be 0 then they are rude. Rolling eye balls and beinf very rude. I will not discuss which employees but wow I am never ordering from this dump again

Another update/vent. Maybe the drive thru is so bad because people are LAZY. I noticed a lot of these cars have One person. Use the App or GO INSIDE. Save the drive thru for people who have it harder like the disabled or those with small kids. Update: They keep messing up my order, which is usually pretty simple! Have also found hair on my food. Save yourself the trouble & go to the Deer Park location if possible. Shame, they used to be great.
They need to do something about the drive-thru. There are cars pulling in from both directions.causing confusion & frustration from drivers (maybe an arrow showing one direction cars can pull in from?). There's one girl who isn't friendly. Place is usually clean, wish there was more comfortable seating.

ANTHONY deserves a raise! He’s awesome. I’d genuinely be a little disappointed if he wasn’t the one taking my order. His customer service voice it arguably the greatest ever!

Not happy with my experience here. I placed my order and waited patiently like everyone else. Several people that ordered AFTER me got their drinks before I did. I didn't know it took longer to make my ICED coffee over many FRAPPUCCINOS! When I asked about my drink, the lady gave me an attitude and said to hold on because they were VERY BUSY. Will not being going back.

Really disappointed……their employees charged us for 2 Mocha cookie crumble and we got one and they didn’t put the whipped cream on it whenever we been there they mostly say we have no wiped cream left why why why why why they should have it ……. They should give us our money back for extra charging: (
