Forgot a few oz’s and a few ingredients. Tastes nothing like the caramel brûlée from other locations… this is why I don’t trust fake Starbucks locations inside of targets etc.
I normally try to give Starbucks the benefit of the doubt because I was a barista as well, but I would never return to this location again. I waited for almost 15 minutes for a strawberry açaí lemonade, because the baristas were standing there talking about getting breaks and how much closing work they have to do. Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be returning
I work near in the plaza so I stop here often before work and seeing Cindy every morning is a highlight of my day. She is truly a gem.
They're always messing up orders and take so long that sometimes people just leave because waiting isnt worth what you get here, better off and cheaper making at home, going to a different one from now on
Waited 30 minutes for a NITRO COLD BREW, LITERALLY THE EASIEST THING TO MAKE. Realized something was wrong when other cafe walk-ins were getting their orders before me, turns out they just forgot to make mine…. Seriously an incompetent staff.
The manager lady at this Starbucks location is very rude to the customers! I ordered 2 Frappuccino’s and a breakfast sandwich and only received the Frappuccino’s at first. I waited at the counter off to the side for my sandwich which they obviously forgot about! And as I was waiting for my sandwich the lady tells me in a very rude way that I need to go stand somewhere else, and I told her I was still waiting on a sandwich, and she told me I didn’t order a sandwich and asked me to see my receipt that obviously I had a charge on it for two Frappuccino’s and a sandwich she was very disrespectful towards me while I was waiting for my order and after I proved to her that I ordered what she didn’t give me! I think it’s time to hire new management at this location! This lady obviously don’t like her job and is a miserable person and needs to be replaced with someone who would appreciate working for Starbucks and treating there customers with respect!
They be acting like they can't hear you sometimes, but mah coffee still be good though but too sweet
Normally good but this visit not so much. My cloud drink was horrible my friends drink was horrible. Maybe if the girls were less distracted talking about why the Impossible breakfast sandwich doesn't have vegan cheese and actually paid attention to making our drinks it would have been fine
Cappacino was tepid and weak. No condiments available and I was reminded 5 times there was no consuming of the Cappacino there. No worries there I dumped it and went to spot coffee where they actually know how to make coffee and treat customers.
Drinks are all the same for the most part at all locations however at this location I got the best Chai latte. Most convineint location as it's in target we all always stop by after we are done shopping and sit for the coffee. That coffee aroma obviously pulls you to the store. A part from coffee I love their mugs they are super cute and are a good addition to the collection if you in to buying city souvenirs not sure if starbucks is still selling those.
