This place is so slow even when there isn’t a line. Average wait time for a black coffee ~10-15min

People at the register never seem to get my order right and when i let them know that my order was different they give me attitude.this is a reoccurring thing so i’m personally never coming back.please please check your staff️

Another "B" team. Like they were winging it. Ordered 4 different drinks, they all looked and tasted the same. Starbucks doesn't seem to put out cream or sugar anywhere anymore. Or pay attention to you when you ask for some. Not just this particular store.

Make sure to get your receipt.they are doing fraud.workers will overcharge you for things you didn’t order and didn’t get.finessed me but i hope they won’t finesse you.

Went there for breakfast and the service was good, but it was very busy and had to wait for 15 minutes to get my coffee.

This use to be a clean and cool store.i dont know whats with the SUPER LOUD MUSIC! Staff's wouldnt even understand you when taking orders. Calling the attention of the Manager! Can you set your music to a medium volume! And Rest rooms are a bit nasty compared to other stores.

Why do you charge full price for the impossible breakfast sandwich when you have to remove egg and cheese to make it vegan? Gregory's coffee across the street has vegan breakfast sandwiches that are the same price. This is why Dunkin's beyond breakfast sandwich failed.no vegan wants just bread and a meatless patty. They didn't have any Sriracha or vegan mayo to make it less dry either.

Every time I attempt to use this location. The line is slow and I suspect the line is slow because this location never has enough inventory to cover orders. All 3 times I’ve attempted to order here they never have any sandwiches. All three times were before noon and each time they didn’t have my 1st, 2nd or 3rd choice of sandwiches. I’d understand if it was the end of the day, but before noon? Pitiful management and what a loss of money for your company if this is the way they conduct your business on the regular in a high traffic and high profile location in midtown Manhattan.

Like the customer service only thing was they had one blender and ot was broken. Had to go to another location.

One public bathroom for a large Starbucks because the employees get one of the normal two just for themselves.

A total mess and chaos. There was nobody taking orders. When they finally start to take orders with an attitude (I don’t why), everyone cut the line. Absolutely no one is in charge in anything and no one seems to understand what they are doing in this place. They also forgot one of my orders. The staffs are completely clueless what they are doing.

Best Starbucks in NYC. I mean it. These guys are always so loyal to their customer. I come in at any time and they are always ready to serve. There are so many other locations that start closing almost 2 hours early and reject my order. This Starbucks is amazing and caring. My Frappuccino always taste great. Ruben is so cool and friendly. Thanks for making each experience and enjoyable one!

The ambiance was very nice, we did not stay to drink our coffee we took it on the go, but I could see how it would be a very nice place to sit and drink your coffee and visit with friends or read.
