16Poor service I ordered a caramel frap they ran out of whip cream and didn't even tell me and they loaded it with Carmel sauce to cover it up
Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war unhöflich und unterschwellig aggressiv. So eine schlechte Erfahrung habe ich bisher noch in keinem Starbucks gemacht.
This afternoon, I ordered one of my favorite, after waiting for about 12 minutes a lady put the same order on the table without order tag, so I ask her politely is that my order because it is same and no one take it, she just gave it without say anything and without a straw, so I asked a straw, she pointed to a straw that sits on the table that I knew she is not the one who took and it sits there for a long time. I asked for a new one from the straw caddy. At first she refused to give, and because I still want the new one, she took and throw it in front of me. Very Rude. Hey Girl, if you too tired or too lazy to work, get a break. Stay at home.
Friendliness has left the building. This used to be a super friendly location. Now they don’t even try to be nice. For mobile pick up this is the only location. That forces everyone to turn the cups around to read the names allowing more fingers on your cup from strangers. Awesome
It was a hassle because we didn’t have enough money on our Starbucks card but the employees were patient but one of them was nasty! Also it was VERY HOT IN THERE!
Nastiest Sbux of all. Attitude of staff is the worst. I understand they may be understaffed but I shouldn't have to tell you how to do your job. As an ex employee I can speak from personal knowledge, staff needs retraining in customer service.
Most staff is cool but there’s a girl there who hates her life and I’ve noticed it since I started coming here. I’ve mentioned it to my coworkers and everyone seems to know who I’m talking about and that’s not good. Get it together girl, or get a new job lol
I asked a coworker for a bag and she ignored me and went about assisting other customers. Instead of addressing me she had me waiting for 10 minutes with me under the impression she was getting me a bag. RUDE!
Unfortunately the staff was rude, and simply weren't interested in working. Will mark on my places to make sure I don't make the mistake of going here again.
Very very rude for no reason. I approach nicely asking about my mobile order, and staff react with disrespect. Looks like Staffs are just angry working there.
I go there morning and afternoon, I guess morning shift Staffs are kind and nice. I understand it is not easy job but really want to recommend to be happy if you are in service industry.why working with unhappy?
As soon as I entered Starbucks at 425 Lexington Ave in the Grand Central Area I was greeted by Priscilla, the pretty girl with the sparkling white teeth, friendly smile, very clean uniform and great attitude. The first thing she said to me was ‘hi sir, how are you? ’ In this business, especially in the restaurant business this is not very common, as people may think, mostly so because restaurant employees are under a lot of stress, they are under tremendous pressure, customers are insensitive, abusive and rude, and their job duties involve a lot of multitasking over lengthy-hour shifts for not a lot of money. People THINK they make a lot of money but they actually don’t, especially when you factor in just how much hard work they put in within a given shift that sometimes stretches from dawn to dusk.
The first thing I noticed when I entered the store was that she was by herself, very busy and moving as fast as she could, making several beverages for other customers who were waiting. But she turned around and immediately greeted me and then she said that she would be right with me. Employees like her are EXTREMELY hard to find, and especially so in this pandemic era.
The store itself was spotlessly clean, had a warm atmosphere as most Starbucks stores do, but what gave this place an extra sparkle was Priscilla.
Maya works at the front and is so lovely and a great Accidentally was given the wrong drink and didn’t realize until after I paid! She was quick to help and remade the drink and refunded the extra money I paid onto a gift card! Thanks Maya!
Anytime I come here early in the morning, it’s busy but all the staff is super friendly and get the drinks out quickly. I give them credit bc I know it isn’t easy. They do a great job.
The associates here are so rude for no reason, they always turn off the option to order the drinks ahead on the app everything says unavailable but you can go into the store to order it and I don’t see how it’s possible to make the same drink multiple different ways it’s not Starbucks it’s the staff! Fire and rehire the customer service here sucks!
Slow service. Expect to wait even when there is full staff because only half of them would be working. There’s always the one or two who is just standing around.
My first time in NYC and everyone at this location made me feel as if I were back home. Amazing staff!
