Starbucks, Brooklyn NY

I ordered coffee latte with two sugars and milk, but I got a dark coffee without sugar and milk. I was going late to work and had to leave the store with unliked coffee.

Love this location. Friendliest staff. Always say good morning and they sound like they mean it, rare!

I made an order and I was there for more than 25 minutes they never did it I had to ask for my money

They were making mobile orders first. So there were 20 drinks waiting to be picked up with the customer not even there yet. But when you go in store, they don’t even try to make your drink until at least 25 minutes in. I was there for a good 20 minutes, but I had to leave because it was taking so long. Really disappointed.

The cutest Starbucks location I've been to! It has a sweet, local coffee shop vibe and the baristas always greet me with a smile. No bathroom, and only high top seating, but I love stopping at this Starbucks whenever I'm in Park Slope to grab a quick coffee or sweet treat. Right on the F/G train at 7th Ave. /9th St.station so it's super convenient. My drinks always come out delicious and perfectly made!

Hello, I come everyday for a matcha iced latte, although I stopped going, therefore when I decided to go for it I find myself with the surprise that’s there’s no matcha, kind staff, very helpful, a lady had me try one of there other coffees I really needed it for a double shift, can you guys send an email or something like that it would be helpful. I do love Starbucks because of you guys.

This is a very convenient and well located Starbucks when I need a drink in this area. It is ideally located at the F subway stop entrance on 7th Avenue in Park Slope. Other than convenience, and great drinks, including Nitro, there are some shortcomings.

The facade is deceivingly enormous, and conjures up images of a cavernous cafe, that will have plenty of seating and such. Nevertheless, that is not the case. I always wonder why the door is where it is, and upon entering, notice that there is a teeny bar -stool corner, that can accommodate about 4 people. Service is very good, but there is NO RESTROOM, so I can’t sit a spell and do some writing or chat with a friend. NO restroom makes it a more, “ grab and go” coffee bar rather than a cafe.

There are a couple of cafe tables outside, which makes it nice to sit a bit, and take a break, if by chance there’s an opening.

Generally, great spot to grab a drink, but not the comfortable relaxing haven that Starbucks were originally set up to be.

Deal breaker … though… NO RESTROOM.

I probably won't return, Only 1 employee was expediting the Drinks! My ice wasn't crushed enough, very disappointing!

Best Starbucks in park slope. Friendly. Always gets my order right. Best customer service from a Starbucks ive had in years. Very loyal to this location

The guy hands me a dirty cup with whipped creamed around it after it was all over his hand. Yikes.

I love this Starbucks but I wish it had a restroom my 2 year old daughter needed to pee and the worker told me that there's no public restroom it's 2021 Starbuck owner I think it's time to build a restroom in there ok.

Conveniently above the F/G train so whenever I'm in the neighborhood I come here and I'm always satisfied with the service. Espresso comes out fast and tastes great! Will come often!

Employee with a bad attitude shouldn't be working here for instance will check your vaccination card if your not nice to her and others come in and don't check theirs.

Whoever is packing the Uber eats order need to do a better job! Before sealing the package for delivery please check to see if the drinks are sealed properly please. This is like the 4th time I usually don’t write reviews but the store needs to do a better job. My impossible breakfast sandwich is all soggy because my cold brew spilled all over the sandwich thanks @Starbucks
