Starbucks, Yorktown Heights NY

My mobile order was ready on-time. Americano shots tasted rich and fresh. Passion tea with light ice & raspberry syrup was perfect. Blended strawberry lemonade was flavorful & refreshing (similar to a slushy).

Friendly staff. Always get the drinks right. And even when I have a big order they help me carry it to the car. Great place.

Convenient/alternative place for coffee and a quick breakfast sandwich or a mid-afternoon pick-me up. Employees could be friendlier and more attentive. You don’t get sugar or napkins or straws unless you ask (@ the drive-thru.) Prices have gone up recently (what hasn’t?), so be prepared to pay ~$10 for a Grande (medium) latte and a bacon/egg/cheese sandwich. Not as greasy & better-tasting than similar foods at a nearby fast-food chain

Just had a very nice strawberry Frappuccino here. The outdoor sitting area would be quite delightful if there wasn’t litter all around and if the smell of urine, depending upon the wind direction, didn’t waft by. Perhaps coming from one of the plants? I would hope so. This location was started by an independent owner who called it Cozy Castle. At that time because of his personal pride it was always immaculate inside and out. On the positive side, the people working here were very polite and pleasant. Now the management needs to take some personal pride in the outside area.

As far as Starbucks go, this is a nice one. It’s got tables inside as well as plenty of chairs, tables and umbrellas outside to get comfy at. The front porch is covered by the canopy of large trees…a gorgeous and calming way to beat the heat and have a treat while you read, study, or hang with friends outside.

This is one of the most adorable Starbs locations I've been too. It's like a cottage with an enchanted garden in front. There's seating available outside, but be weary during bee seasons. Overall, clean and friendly. The baristas all have excellent personalities.

Love this place! It's been a cute coffee shop since even before it was a Starbucks. Best feature is lots of outdoor seating.

They gave my baby a free cake pop! I'm a fan of anyone who treats my children well, so 5 Stars for this location. Other than that, nothing much more to report. Same as what you can always expect from Starbucks. Same menu, friendly service, good location easily accessible in downtown Yorktown.

I have to say that I really don't love Starbucks coffee, but. I love this particular Starbucks. The outdoor garden is so nice and is the perfect pit stop on a weekend bike ride.

I just left this location and when the gentlemen, i don't remember his name, working the drive through didn't put he top on tight enough and my latte went all over me and my car. He apologized but didn't offer another coffee, didn't ask of i was ok (hot coffee all over me, good thing i didn't get burned), and didn't even offer me napkins to clean myself up. This isn't the 1st time this has happened at this location. I'm angry right now which is why i drive told him ok and drove away because i don't want to be that person who loses their cool. Thanks for ruining my day. I will go elsewhere.

This is the world's cutest Starbucks. Starbucks itself is, of course, 'meh' at best, but this place has a really great staff. Super friendly and helpful, and always good about safety precautions.
