Starbucks, Hampton Bays NY

Consistently fast service and competent staff. Only complaint was no toilet paper in one of the bathrooms.
Considering some people spend many hours there, you can't blame them.

Run of the mill Starbucks. We ordered a bunch of drinks online and almost all of them were correct and they were ready for us early. Each time we went in they were swamped but seemed to be meeting the demand relatively well.

This is the worst Starbucks in the country!
On the website it says it’s closing at 8 PM I got here at 7: 49 drove all the way from 10 miles away they’re telling me they’re close unbelievable! Very unprofessional Employees

We stopped in to this Starbucks for a rest breakfast and coffee. Their service crew was at the top of their game.

I've worked here in the past as well - quite possibly the best corporate environment experience I've ever had.

Everyone here keeps the line flowing despite how busy it can get. This place takes the morning rush hour (due to the trade parade) with grace. The staff make beautiful connections with their regulars and make it known that they are appreciated with a greeting and, when they are able to, genuine conversation. The drinks are very rarely wrong, but in the event anything is made wrong, if you just ask, the staff are more than willing to make things right.
Overall, one of my favorite Starbucks stores.

If you see any bad reviews talking about "rude staff, " I can near guarantee the person leaving the review was likely PO'ed because their grande-in-a-venti, upside down, blonde triple shot iced mocha latte with oat milk, two pumps of raspberry, a quarter pump of vanilla on the top, double-blended with light whip monstrosity wasn't made to their exact liking as it usually is in some Manhattan Starbucks. (And no, before someone flags this review, that is no one's specific order that I can recall)

I work for a group home and brought a few of my consumers there for Hot chocolate on 11/18. Even though it was busy with the Red Cup release. The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Especially Kim. Thank You guys for helping make their day great!

Very rude and dismissive staff member, before I could finish my sentence she was cutting me short of my inquiry! Yuck

My favorite Starbucks! I get my daily dose of coffee before work here almost all five days of the week. The staff is the best! Everyone is so nice and friendly. Even when it’s busy they aren’t rude.like at other Starbucks on the East end. My drinks are always perfect.

Miss having chitchat spaces, but drinks are always good. Getting pricey, it would help out if they would reduce price due to the pandemic.

Nice and upbeat ppl working there I go there every day and the are very nice and if u stay in the store it's 58cents coffee refills

Very busy store, nice staff older lady Sheryl I think very fast and respectful lady always makes the lines run fast and great with customers
