9Almost every time I order from this place, my drink comes out so different than what I have asked for. This one time I ordered a white chocolate mocha frappuccino and I ended up with a drink that tasted like peppermint. I was already far from the starbucks so I wasn’t able to request a new order. Please be careful with what you serve to customers; if I had a peppermint allergy, that would not have gone well.
Liv didn’t have no inch of customer service. Very passive aggressive. The other workers who made the drinks however made up for the experience. So thank you to them.
The worst Starbucks I've ever placed an order at. Service there is terrible. To make one drink takes them five hours. When I arrive, the drink I ordered is not ready, and it is not even busy. I asked about the status of my order with a barista after twenty minutes of waiting. She chose to ignore me. Due to the terrible customer service, I will never come back to this Starbucks. The employees are moving so slow. They lack movement skills. I don't know the name of the woman who works there, but she only uses one hand, leaving me to wonder what she does with the other. New employees are needed at this Starbucks. Everyone who is now employed there has to go.
Hello, so let's start, service as of I am used was ok, not best to be honest, Atmosphere hm, so so, and no breakfast, so hope next visit will be better, ohh forgot, I asked coffee with sugar, got no sugar, I asked about durk roast, No Darkroast
Ordered a drink during a busy time and understood that the staff was fulfilling many orders. After waiting 20 minutes, I asked a barista for the the status on my order, which I believe should be appropriate to ask. It obviously was not an appropriate question to ask since the barista decided to ignore me twice. She didn't bother to look up or provide any response. The poor customer service had me leave Starbucks with a very unpleasant experience.
The most disorganized staff in any coffee shop I have ever been to. I order a coffee on the app with a splash of extra milk, they give me a cold cup of mostly milk. I then ask them to replace it and the cashier gives me a cup of absolute tar with about a teaspoon of milk. I have to go back to the counter 3 more times to ask for more milk just to try to make it taste somewhat better. It still tasted awful in the end. So just be prepared for your punishment from the guy at the counter if you don't like what you have gotten in this place.
Interior is very barren and not a cozy coffee shop at all. But the coffee was good for Starbucks and service good too
It's a Starbucks, with all the plusses and minuses that implies, but this one's got an unusual and inviting interior.
