Starbucks, New York NY

Unkind attention. My tea came with 2 bags and one of them was ripped leaving my tea with several leaves in the water

I know that everytime that I get my cold brew with almond milk from this location is going to be bad, I do not know if the problem is the milk or actually the coffe, but it is not good, I have to walk to a location further away to get my drink.

Same as all the other over priced & slow locations. Yet incredibly delicious, friendly today & upbeat. Clean today. Weekend farmers market sits right beside it.

I dine in and take out at this location, it can get crowded and loud but it has it reasons it's a really good Starbucks and my favorite location. They made my coffee delicious it was unforgettable for me. Best Starbucks to me and the people there was so kind.

This Starbucks has now become my favorite Starbucks in NY. Drinks are great, the employees are nice and fast and I work from my laptop. I am self-employed and this Starbucks actually has power outlets so you can plug your laptop in and get some work done. I will be here again!

I frequent this location due to having multiple appointments at Mount Sinai. This Starbucks is really busy and it’s generally a hit or miss when it comes to the drinks. It also takes very long to get your drink, even with mobile ordering.

The cleanliness of the store is also something they could pay closer attention to. They’re in such a prime location, it’s a pity they can’t keep up with the crowd.

Quite disturbing, entry way is a filth, even after watching them attempt to clean the surface, mopping over dirt with a smirk on his (Jorge) face.

Sanitizer, after entry way empty, non-filled, plastic tape is peeling.

Stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites on W58 and this was a frequent stop off for us after returning from a busy day visiting around the city. Friendly staff on arrival every time and the orders were always delicious. Would recommend a visit if you’re dropping by.

They give quick service without the typical New York attitude. The place sits at a busy corner. So, if you come here alone, you will have plenty of people watching to occupy your time.

Louisa was the the best barista you could ask for. Super friendly and wishing everyone a happy Monday / good start to the week. Positive vibes only and I’m here for it!

We call it LitBux - this place is always lit w/ great music, positive attitudes all day long and well-made beverages!

This place is so slow and unorganized. It takes at least 15 minutes to get your order even if you order via the app. They are also not friendly at all and everyone is just moving around doing nothing. It’s frustrating, I’m going to find another place to go.

I visited this location frequently while going to Mt. Sinai nearby for appointments and this location, the staff + the condition of the store are not good. The place is not well kept. It’s dirty…napkins, crumbs and other trash are on the floor and tables. The staff are not professional and hardly if ever interested in acknowledging any customer that enters, walks up to the register or waits for an order. A few of the staff I’ve seen have dirty fingernails, uniforms looks untidy and no one that I’ve met is professional. Some one who looks like they might be a Shift Supervisor was on their phone at the register. Their work stations are a complete mess. I was there the other day and I couldn’t take it anymore and left without waiting for my drink. I’ve worked for Starbucks in the past and I know that it can be a physically demanding job and a lot of work. But it’s just truly sad to not see at least 1 employee there who likes where they’re working or has any pride in their work. I can’t ever go to this location again.

This place is okay. What bothered me the most about when I came here was how this guy (the supervisor) was the only one doing the drinks and he kept asking his co worker for help but she completely ignores him and starts making a drink for her friends and I doubt her friend even paid for it. She didn’t even wash the blender she used, made a whole mess for him to keep struggling with online and in store orders. She needs to get fired or get another job cause she’s just super rude to him and customers. Like he said “people take advantage “

Usually I run into the best staff here but there is one girl in particular who is very rude. She is light skin with blonde/brownish curly hair nasty attitude. She needs need to take those eyelashes off because that doesn’t make up for the mutt that she is. Definition of g-h-e-t-t-o.

Consistent textbook incompetence. The staff all seem to be completely Clueless and unorganized. They are the worst team I’ve ever seen

Dirty, messy，the item come out really slow. Stuff here feels like no management. Also, please don’t use the cup drop on the floor

Dont have experience there so. I don't stay this night in this hotel. I'm stay inside 30 min I'm go out! And leave!
