Starbucks, Niskayuna NY

Not sure if this is a Venit Refresher or Venti Foam.

This is the amount of drink I get when I ordered a refresher. Not going back there again.

Total Ripoff!

Staff is friendly and there is more attention to detail than some of the other local locations. Drive thru was quick without skimping on quality.

Really nice Standalone Starbucks! Lots of seating outside and inside. Friendly Baristas. Made our drinks perfect.

Since the beginning of this school year you can see the difference in the staff very lay back, majority of the time you can see the puddles like no one is cleaning after themselves. Employees are very inappropriate, some will go beyond to make your feel welcome, others you will hear them talking a lot of trash about their managements issues or even telling customers about it. Is really unprofessional. Is definitely not the same Starbucks that I remember from 2-3 years ago. The good people is gone.

Good customer service but, you may not want to stop at this location if you are in a rush.

awesome! So friendly and the drink was perfect.

I always love Starbucks and customer service at this location is always incredible, however, the barista I had this evening was impeccable. She made me and my friend feel so valued as a customer, had an incredibly friendly personality, and introduced us to different drinks that we would have not otherwise tried. I have never received the amount of excellence in customer service anywhere as I did this evening with Briana. Kudos Starbucks for hiring such great people.

Zero stars if I could. I order a turkey pesto sandwich and they just gave me turkey and egg on ciabatta roll, that’s it nothing else. I almost got Frappuccino and they didn’t even put whipped cream. Never again. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Amazing service and the cup of Joe was delicious but the cup off hot chocolate was an experience.

Computer system was down so we waited a bit longer. But the guy who took our order and was at the window with the green and reddish hair was great! Great sense of humor and very pleasent, wish I'd cough his name.

Looks can be deceiving. The store looks like a postage stamp from the outside, but inside it roomy and bright. Stopper by at about 1: 00pm, the staff was friendly and efficient.

Same as Any other starbucks.nothing special. Supervisor is loud though. Everytime she speaks the entire place turns around.

The Niskayuna starbucks is usually pretty quick at their drive through and they have a nice outdoor seating area.

Unable to order ahead on the app in Schenectady so redirected to the Niskayuna location. Visible from the street and easy to find, my order was waiting for me when I came in.

This place is really nice. The ladies at the window are very friendly and polite. I always stop there every time I’m in the neighborhood.

Only credit machine working was at drive thru, so girl in cafe had to take my card over there. Otherwise, fine.

Generally busy, even in the evening. The staff does a great job keeping the line moving. Before noon on weekends is usually fine
