Starbucks, Levittown NY

This is such a wonderful Starbucks! It’s clean and nice and a lot of people come here. I like that its clean and the lines go fast because they have a good amount of workers working which is important. The guy at the register recommended to me a delicious peppermint mocha drink because I asked for a good one. It was yummy. That and the chocolate croissant tasted so good. Love that someone checks if you received your order in a timely fashion. Highly recommend this location.

The worst starsbucks. The staff is horrible also is the manager. Manager is every rude and they are always out of certain food that you like. I will never go back here they need a new staff plus manager.

This Starbucks Location was Fantastic! It was clean, Staff was friendly and the coffees were incredible.

It is a relatively clean and good quality Starbucks Coffee as usual. Only some of the breakfast items are twice the price they should really be. The staff is very friendly.

Even though this particular Starbucks is not a drive thru location it is a nice space. The people that work here are very nice and Starbucks has many quality food and beverage items! It's a great place to have face to face meetings for business or whatever the need may be.

After going to this location for over 10 years. I never experienced the lack of service as I did this AM. Although the number of patrons wasn't even close to the number of patrons that frequent the location from the Britney Beauty School, and online orders, etc, the service during those busy times are always reasonable. Today, with only a few patrons in the location, and the online orders appearing minimal, staff seems more concerned with singing" The Dancing Queen" with each other, discussing what songs to be added to the next song list, and checking their smart phones. They seemed more attentive to caring for the needs for whom appeared to be for a coworker who stopped in for a last bite before returning to college at New Paltz. Hopefully, the boss who came out briefly will address this as it was on her watch.

Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea, latte or frappuccino. Moderate prices. Ambiance here is nice. Cozy environment and the staff are ready and available. The baristas are usually very friendly. They will prepare your order carefully according to your specific preferences. The tables and chairs are clean and easily accessible. Many seasonal drinks to choose from as well. The bakery section includes individual lemon cake loaves, banana walnut loaves, chocolate chip cookies, various cake pops, croissants and bagels. The Cafe itself is located within a small strip of stores in the King Kullen shopping center. Busy parking lot. Take notice and practice defensive driving here. This Cafe is located on the far end of the shopping center; farthest from the King Kullen supermarket.

For the most part, you have a really good team of people who work there

This spot gets busy as heck. I’ve been coming here since I moved to levittown about 8 years ago. I’ve noticed a recent decline in customer service and coffee in the past couple months. Remember, it’s important to note when someone orders DECAF. Thanks.

Always a pleasant experience. Coffee is always fresh, treats always tasty and a smile on the cashier every time, no matter who is behind the counter.

Do not go to this location. Not only do they not say hello but they don't even acknowledge that you are standing there. Today I don't remember his name I think it was Jacob or Josh all I remember was his name starts with a J. After me standing at the register for over 5 minutes and him and his co worker Rosa looking in my direction several times he finally walked over didn't even say hello and asked what did I want. I said well hello to you too. Once I placed my order he didn't say thank you or wish me a good day or anything. When he brought me my food items he brought me a pumpkin loaf instead of. Banana bread. When I mentioned that this was not what I ordered he switched it for the right item but didn't apologize or anything. When Rosa brought me my drink which I had done a mobile order for as well as my breakfast sandwich and a lemon loaf I asked her where my other items were and Josh or Jacob or Maybe it was Justin went to go get them. If I didn't ask I would have been standing there for who knows how long. He grab my other 2 gave them to me and walked away. This. Location never greets anyone they wait is always longer then it should be and you get treated like you don't even exist. There are way to many other locations and I most likely will never go into this location again. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the drinks always come out good.
Please do not go to this Starbucks unless your bored and have nothing better to do than to wait around and be completely ignored.

(Starbucks- Levittown) My children wanted to order by themselves and so, my husband and I let them (with a bit of help). The cashier was very patient with my 7 year old deciding, and my 3 year old thinking about her choices. They gave them stickers at the end, and the kids were thrilled:) My only complaint was that they didn't give my husband the Brewed Chai Tea he ordered, because they realized too late that they didn't have any (they offered him Breakfast Tea instead). Other than that, excellent service!

Come here if you want to be openly ignored and also have everything made at the slowest possible pace. Girl with the pink hair is nice though

Specially 'Janet Stroom' she is extremely nice, friendly & she provides the best customer service to everyone. I have always seen her smiling, jolly nature and hard working no matter how tough the situation is. Janet is kind, friendly, generous, hard working and brilliant at customer service.

I'm surprised that location is still open. I used to visit it on a regular basis but they were too busy to even acknowledge a customer.this morning I was in the area and thought I'd stop by a get a drink they only had a couple of customers inside, I placed my order in advance and if cause it wasn't ready, then I walked in they not only didn't great me they didn't even look in my direction but to my surprise their manager greeted another customer who came into the store right after me. The only reason I gave a second star is because store is spotless and very well organized.

If it was a one time thing I wouldn’t bother with this, but this is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I had to change which location I go to because of it, even though it’s easily the closest to where I work. Whether I order there or through the app 10+ minutes ahead, it makes no difference. It’s always multiple people behind the counter that do absolutely nothing, usually talking to someone on the other side of the counter, and one person making drinks while the store is completely empty or one or two people are there waiting next to me losing their minds and their patience along with me. The person making drinks usually gets the order wrong too. It’s a nightmare, and I won’t be back there again. I’ve had enough.

Not going here again. Ordered ahead of time and got there 5min later. Didn't seem busy at all. I had to wait another 25min to get my order of a simple coffee and espresso. In that time about 6 other people were standing right next to me, all without a mask. I'm immunocompromised which is why I ordered ahead expecting a quick in and out. They either need more staff or train their existing staff to be faster. 3 people couldn't get it done in time. In Manhattan in a central location they were much, much faster with the orders.

Yum, yum, yum, yum, yum. Every location has delightful employees and delicious coffee and croissants
