Starbucks, Brooklyn NY

Please teach the staff to work efficiently. There are new people there every time. I buy cold drinks and I drink ICE all the time! I don't feel the taste of the shake because they put a lot of ice! I want to drink and feel the taste of my cocktail! It can be made cold with less ice! Thank you

Today I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks and I am very disappointed so I had to write this review. Starbucks is normally a welcoming place, wherever I go I always stop by Starbucks. Today one of the cashiers decided to interrupt my latte that I always get to single me out and ask about my dog. I just witnessed two other customers come in with their dogs and he never approached them. Also other locations have never ever made me uncomfortable about my dog. I am not sure why he chose to only ask me about my dog but I felt as if I was not welcome there and immediately decided to leave. If you are going to ask customers about their dog you should ask all not single one out. Starbucks please do better. He was wearing a grey shirt and a white hat, I never got to get his name. But I hope this type of treatment is addressed. For this reason I will never visit this Starbucks again.

I believe it was the manager she was talking about cleaning rotation i was very impressed and love to hear that I dont buy outside food every so often I will buy Starbucks the holidays and summer starbucks makes money off of me their refreshers are everything especially mango I also like how this location calls your name and wants till they see you walking over atlantic Ave you guys rock professional and courteous they also ask if you will like to add on a treat

Did mobile order a few times as I'm walking towards the place. One time they took a little longer but apologized for the wait without me saying anything before that. Coffee is good and ao is the service.

We're friendly. Looking for something to snack on while in between tasks stop @Starbucks. They have an awesum selction n prices vary

My order took almost 25 minutes to complete. Area where they put the orders had a hair. Nice wall art, but it took waaaaaay too long to complete my order.

If you want to have a bad morning, wait 30 mins for a simple drink, or end up being extremely late for work - this is the perfect Starbucks for you! Incompetent, unknowledgeable, untrained baristas. Mary and Fatima should not be working at this store. Drinks are inconsistent and watery, and the wait is 25-30 mins for one drink with only 3/4 customers in the store. This store needs to be shut down!

Jimmy, Ariel, Makanda are More than Amazing! If you love walking into great energy smiles and cleanliness Go Here. I’m a super Starbucks customer like most New Yorkers and this is one of my Favorite. Make sure to give them 5 stars when you visit thanks Again Team!

I love this Starbucks! I'm a regular here and I enjoy seeing the regular employees! I really appreciate them! They make being a patron here a joy!

This was a great location. Quiet and fast. I did go early so I'm not sure what the afternoon/evening rush looks like. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would definitely go again when in the area.

Starbucks continues to hold its own. You can still order up most of your favourite drinks. Foodstuffs are lacking most of the time, due principally to the limitations of in-house visits to the stores during the C-19 debacle.
