Beautiful renovation with large mobile pickup area and fast drivethrough. Also great place for small meetings and coffee chats.

We were greeted warmly and the staff took our order patiently as we were a big group and had a tough time making up our mind! Excellent service. Plus this is the largest and nicest, cleanest Starbucks I have ever been in. Very impressed.

Always the most friendly workers who genuinely seem to love their jobs. Fantastic service 24/7. My favorite location to go to!

Generally, Starbucks is fine, but we paid 12 bucks for 2 drinks and one of them was more dessert than coffee. The staff was nice enough to replace the beverage, and offer a refund. Unfortunately, they charged me another 6.00+ instead of refunding, so I paid 18.00+ for a few ounces of sugar and water. Grr.

I work here, yet I still come on my days off. I bring the family by and we just enjoy the atmosphere. It's a place to bring your friends, the date, and the family. We have a lot of regulars, but being close to the I87 we get a lot of travelers which is nice. They seem to appreciate the easy grab and go snacks we offer.
We constantly update the menu with innovative drink ideas.
We offer recycled coffee grounds for your garden.
We have free wifi, a large cafe, plenty of parking space, and we have an outdoor patio to soak up that sun with your coffee.

Try downloading the app to mobile order ahead and pay before coming in. It's an easy no contact way to pay. A way to skip the line.
When you come in to pick it up just let us know your order name and well set it out for you.

I usually go and get a coffee My mom will go and get tea when I go as well. I do not usually get food from here but it's not been too bad when I have sadly it's mainly stuff they warm up.

I really want to give this location more stars, but I just can’t. The reason is that every time I am here I am asked the same scheduled questions at the window. Talking points that I believe the employees are required to ask. It feels extremely disingenuous. Sometimes the customer doesn’t want to be probed with endless “doing anything fun today” questions that lead into more scheduled questions even when I’m showing lack of interest in engaging. Read the room. Again, I don’t feel like this is a reflection on the staff, but rather the management. This isn’t a big deal if you are passing through, but I was frequenting this one every morning on my daily commute and it just got to be tiresome.

I’ve never had a bad experience here & I go almost every day. It can get backed up during rush hours but even then, they’re always fast. Amazing customer service too! I downloaded the app to get free drinks etc & it’s a win/win

Absolutely love the carmel ribbon crunch with extra crunch! Workers are always nice. I can't give 5 stars only because their prices are borderline insane and after figuring out what one spends a week on Starbucks they should be slapped. Speaking personally of course because I'm a hair stylist and it's pretty much a cliché now LOL

Starbucks on Aviation Rd in Queensbury NY is a great place to visit! Me and my daughter stopped by the drive thru today 08/03/2022 Talk about what a special individual who took our order. She was so pleasant. Great attitude and even presented us with a little jingle to promote items. If your having a hard day this is a place to go. Guarantee put a smile on your face! Love this! ️

Why is this new store SO LOUD. The service is amazing and so is the coffee, but omg. The inside is SO LOUD!

Got a solid 3 sips out of my brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso because they very conveniently gave me all ice instead…

Came here during a busy Sunday morning. Not from the area but my third time coming to this Starbucks. I purchased two complex drinks through the mobile app, they were already made before I arrived and they had an orderly queue for mobile orders. The beverages can be difficult to get right but the two I ordered were flawless and impeccable in both taste and appearance. It was very busy at the store but credit must be given to the team, despite all the people and business they were clearly “in the zone”, happy, smiling and working together as a cohesive unit. My impression was that this store is very well managed and organized, and has hard-working committed partners working together to execute on that vision. I certainly plan to return.

The NEW outdoor patio is much better than the old one. Upon entering, you are always greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Even though [at times] it is busy here, there really isn't that much of a wait. You beverage and/or food item[s] are prepared to your liking or they'll make it again. It's always clean. The restrooms are spotless as well as the dining area. The WIFI is fast and free. A GREAT place to study, work or converse with friends. Stop in and see for yourself!

Today 09Feb22 I came in for my usual iced cold brew and I stayed for awhile. The counter people came out and we're wiping down tables and chairs all the time so I'm confident that the place is going to be as clean as I can be. This is my favorite Starbucks. They do everything right and then some. Keep up the great work you guys!

Today 16Apr22: As usual when I walked in I was greeted by the staff by name. Makes me feel like I am a valued customer and not just a venti coffee! LOL! Ordered a venti hot mocha and it was spectacular! Thank you so much for your all your hard work and dedication to your jobs! I appreciate you all!

I love Starbucks when it first opened up over 10 years ago. I would go every evening for coffee. The staff was wonderful and they became my friends. In the last two years or so the coffee is excellent during the day but when I get it on the evening it’s either cold or bitter and old. I never counted the number of coffee I have thrown out because it tasted disgusting. I have been told that since I go in the evening closer to closing time they don’t brew fresh coffee and I reminded them that I pay the same amount as the customers who can go during the day. I will stop going I can’t keep doing it.
