Horrible experience. The store is not clean, the service is bad and the employees are unfriendly. I asked for a iced praline latte with whipped cream. The ladie gave me my cup with a flat lid, so all the whipped cream went down in the bottom. When I asked why she didn't put the dome lid special for whipped cream, she was angry and said goodbye. She was done with me.
It's the last time in this location.

Horrible Service today by the Supervisor on Duty Oliver, I just my want a steam milk in my coffee and he is making it a big deal. I always order at this particular location but I’m upset at this moment.

Worst Starbucks experience of my life. Will not be returning to this location. Waited for 39 minutes for my order amongst a heard of people waiting to be served. Complete chaos

Would not allow a CANCER PATIENT IN GREAT NEED USE THE BATHROOM. Forget professionalism - these people are lacking in humanity. I could not be more excited to report them.

Extremely slow service with insane wait at ordering at bar.always has one register open with a huge line.asked for 2nd register open they say they are understaffed. 6 ppl out on the floor didnt seem understaffed to me.

As far as Starbucks go this one is very nice; a bathroom, electrical outlets, staff doesn't bother you if you do not buy something, ect.

Don't bother using mobile ordering at this location unless you like being aggravated before work. You can actually wait up to 25 minutes to get an iced drink. Staff can either be very rude as well. Not worth the time or money.

Cashier serve, the servers posed as cashier's. When dealing with food and beverage consider the health and safety of customers. Cashier=Cashier and food handlers with their gloves on hands ready to serve, not to deal with money. Be careful with food contamination.

Staff not very friendly, and at around 8pm they barely had any food left. Other than that it's great to have enough room to sit down for a bit.

Terrible awful service. Do not go here! Employees full of attitude. Saw the barista scoop out a customers teabag label that had fallen in the cup with his finger then continued to prepare it. Nasty. Go somewhere else.

This location is closest location to Penn Station that open till 10pm.

They have great employees and they are very honest workers! I’ve been to this Starbucks and it’s very clean and the workers are very friendly. Highly recommended

All power outlets in this location are deactivated. No one checked vaccine card for any customers, and i observed 15 customers without mask. Employees trained to say "we don't have a restroom" when a paying customer asks to use the restroom, which is insulting to that customers intelligence. Customers are not going to believe that anyone would show up to work in a place with no bathroom. Also, its legally required for businesses to have one. So yeah.also, the girl w the fake eye lashes (which aren't even that cute, just kinda cute) must have a golden bladder, excellent road trip companion. Floors are dirty. Tables full of Trash. That's about it. Nahh.

This sbux has the disadvantage of being in an insanely busy area but they’re really fast despite that. Just order ahead on the app if you can!
