Very good experience today, the baristas helped correct my mobile order and were super friendly. Jeff and Damian were both upbeat and lightened the vibe at this Starbucks.

Baristas are super sweet- I’m the type to ask tons of questions and they’re always willing to answer. There’s always people studying and playing chess. Great part of the neighborhood

Fantastic service by Quarrah and the team. Staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. Everyone did look like they actually like being at work and you can see great teamwork happening there! In a busy city like NYC, it was great to see smiles:) thanks guys!

Arrived at the store 5: 45 am Sunday morning 08/21/22 the girl told me opens at 6am so I waited 6: 10 came and she said sorry I can't open because the other guy isn't here so it will be another ten minutes before she opens this was very ridiculous we work at Bellevue Hospital as Manager's we need that Starbucks coffee especially on Sunday mornings

This location is in the neighborhood Where I live. I’ve been coming here for years (even when it was at the current 7-11 spot yrs ago) The coffee, the food and the customer experience at this location … all great!

The associate Maya that works there is such a sweetheart with phenomal customer service ️ I make a stop here every morning for the same drink and she made it great, I appreciate the good and fast customer service.

Very disorganized store. If you’re prepping an online order, read the ticket so you know what the order entails. There should be employees at each station and have a floater to help. The coffee is either too sweet or doesn’t taste like it has coffee at all. Isn’t there a specific recipe the employees are supposed to follow? If you need coffee during rush hour look for a different location.

On friday march 12 2022 between 3: 30 and 4pm I went to this Starbucks to buy my regular caramel ribbon crunch. The guy who made my caramel ribbon crunch did not made it the correct way. Or maybe he knows how but was lazy. He filled my large cup with so much whip cream on the bottom, way too much whip cream and then poured the ice coffee, then so much more whip cream on top. There was more whip cream than anything else. I have been buying caramel crunch from many different Starbucks, but this particular one was my biggest disappointment. If he doesn't know how to make caramel ribbon crunch then maybe he should learn. Because that was the worst I have ever had. Nothing about it was done right and infact when he was finished and put the lid on the cup I had to tell him what he had forgotten to put in the cup, including the sprinkles. I have been buying this drink for very long so I know exactly how it is made. I would never buy ribbon crunch from this one again. I don't even know what the hell that was.

The server was very polite. My drink was made to perfection. Which was a surprise seeing as though it was my first time at this location. The service was fast and on point. I will be returning to this location soon.

The staff, welcoming, supportive & knowledgeable. Wonderful menu recommendations, Clean environment, caring staff~ How your day begins, often sets the tone for the rest of it, for me, this Starbucks is a great way to start any shift:)

The place was clean and my order was taken corrective my. The WiFi was working well and you can sit here for a long period of time and just chill. My experience was personally fine.

Don’t go there if you want get real Starbucks coffee. I ordered my Caramel brûlée latte and I was able to see how the barista made my coffee. She didn’t follow the recipe. There were no whipped cream and caramelized sugar on my coffee. Also, the syrup was not enough.
I got same thing at 3 different places but other stores served exact same great coffee not like here. Don’t waste your money and reward in this place.

Bathroom was blocked by a huge delivery. I asked an employee why they didn't supervise the delivery so that it could be placed in an area where it would not block the bathroom. There was a big section which would have worked.

He said it was out of their control. Wow. Said it would take 20 minutes to clear but my sister got tired of waiting and had to go to three different places before she found a bathroom.

The floor was littered with debris too. Not just leaves but crumbs and paper. A large picture was crooked. It's obvious there is no pride in this place or care for customers. If I were the regional manager or corporate I would definitely clean house.

This is a great location. Big, bright and airy, Windows on two sides. Friendly staff offering up all Starbucks menu.

Clean. No seating at this time due to the pandemic. Masks on. Online order and pick up was convenient and quick. Nice and friendly to customers. Awesome stop for coffee.

I got a medium cold drink and asked for no ice and instead they filled it barely 2/3 of the way and told me it was “store policy” to not fill it up if you don’t get ice. Doesn’t make any sense for a drink that’s almost $6.

Normally they are very friendly and efficient but they got my order wrong I waited more than half an hour while they served numerous people before correcting my order
