15 They DO *NOT HAVE* regular DECAF coffee! My daughter wanted a DECAF SMALL frappe w/oatmilk. They want to charge $8.95 for a SMALL.because they'd have to do a DECAF ESPRESSO shot.
THAT IS ABSURD & HWY ROBBERY! They said at that location they don't have regular decaf coffee and to speak to corporate! Coffee doesn't go bad in general and for any location NOT TO HAVE DECAF REGULAR COFFEE ***is*** absolutely ludicrous!
Additionally, they said that the frappe would be chunkier because you need the syrup.
OMG! HOW DAFT CAN PEOPLE BE? They apparently don't know how to use the blender!

Can beat the cappuccino. I always stop for a box, usually the fruit and cheese, when I'm starting out on a long drive.accompanied by an iced Macha latte.
There working one Girl. She is always rude with custumers, i am almost every morning going there and she is rude and lazy.please make sure who is working in your place.of course i am never going back there becouse i dont want somebody to ruin my morning.
The WORST Chai latte I've ever had. I had to ask the man twice to redo, it was still bad
That Mamba they have as a manager is the laziest most incompetent person I’ve seen working at a Starbucks. Every time I go (everyday) she is either sitting enjoying her coffee at the seating area or walking around doing nothing while the orders are all late because the whole workload falls into the other 2 employees.
The rest of the staff is very nice but the manager is the worst. Very bad attitude and (from what it looks) she’s no help. She takes the liberty of calling customers names on issues that have nothing to do with her or the store. I will be reporting her lack of professionalism to Starbucks.
I’m always here and I love how friendly the staff is. Recently I ordered an iced drink but they accidentally made it hot, Joe took it back no problem and Ivone made my drink to perfection. Love coming here, it’s always so welcoming.
Waste of my time. I cannot believe i waited 20minutes for a hot tea. Saw the barista making my tea 18 minutes after I ordered. Apparently he did not start making my drink until after his manager/supervisor asked about it. Busy? Ok. Never coming back here again.
Great coffee. But somehow the customer restroom disappeared overnight. No restroom here anymore!
Idk what’s the issue here but they are constantly making drinks diluted. The drinks are made wrong every single time. Once or twice but every time is just wrong.
Update: Another quick, smooth ordering experience. My Iced Chai latte was excellent
Update: Had a very nice experience here, today. Upping my review to 5 stars. Maybe they got new management because someone (who seemed like they were in charge, and was wearing different attair than the baristas) asked me for clarification on my drink and then explained how I could order it later, to ensure I'd get exactly the decaf light mocha iced latte that I wanted.
A very nice spacious Starbucks. Good service, though I waited a bit longer than expected. Also, I'm not sure if this Starbucks would have much cozy-seating (Covid aside), but that seemed a little lacking.
I am very upset. I am a regular customer of this coffee, I wanted to use the bathroom and was not allowed to. It is very inconvenient when you can not use all the services.
I dont know why there’s so many bad reviews but this Starbucks is great! The employees are really nice and work fast. The location has a lot of customers so yea the wait time can be a little long but I’ve never had problems.
The coffee and croissant were ok, there were universally vaked and distributed everywhere, so I know what to expect. The staff doesn’t seem want to enjoy working here, and doesn’t care when my croissant was ordered-she just press a few buttons and left. I didn’t even know which scanner am I supposed to use to pay. And long after my coffee was ready, my croissant was not even unpacked for heating. Finally, I spend 12 minutes for one cup of coffee and one croissant. There were only four people waiting in the store (lots of mobile order though)
