Starbucks, Staten Island NY

Horrible customer service, had a negative experience for the first time at this store. I wanted to try to order a new drink, and I asked how does it taste before paying. One of the girls was very rude and just repeated my question.so I asked another girl to help me, she gave me a syrup sample to make sure that would be the taste of the drink I was about to order. If you can’t be polite and answer people’s questions, why are you even working in a customer service? ‍️

This place never dossappints. Holiday season, tons of people, but staff delivers effortlessly

Caitlyn is the best- she was very attentive, kind and understanding, all the baristas are great at their job, all while being kind which means a lot in this world. This Starbucks can get busy especially around the holiday season, I have debilitating anxiety so I usually avoid it, but my interaction today will bring me back!

Love there coffee. Little expensive, but once in awhile you have to treat yourself

The place is small, there are some sitting outside, line goes usually fast, three baristas are serving most of the times
