Starbucks, Queens NY

It's being 4 days now no order online with rush hour people's going to work only one lady taking orders for big line
You need to get your coffee in 20 minutes minmum if you on rush get coffees from somewhere else

Apparently, this Starbucks no longer wants their customers to stay and drink their coffees here.
I gave three stars for the friendly staff and the decent mocha coffee, but that's it.
There are only a handful of tables scattered around the room, leaving an oversized, empty space that could fit twice as many. The tables are almost ways full, and the community table has mismatched low chairs that make you feel like a toddler sitting at the grownup's table. Certainly not a good height for using a laptop or any device that requires typing.
There is litter strewn around the tables, condiments bar, and floor.
And last but not least, the wifi is shoddy at best. I was able to connect for a few minutes before getting disconnected again, and again, and again, and the staff was unable to reboot the router because they had other devices that needed to stay connected.
So long, Starbucks.

Management seem to be terrible. I’m waiting 27 minutes for latte. What? !? !? 1 barista and 1 guy doing food and the cashier at 1: 30 on a Sunday. Can’t blame staff. 10 people waiting for drinks. Another Que of 8 waiting to order. Shocking stuff from manager.

Rat infestation next door. Starbucks isn't helping as they throw their trash on the street. Get some garbage bins! Trash isn't picked up in a timely manner. Dirty inside. Wouldn't order here, I walked out.

This is our favorite place to enjoy our tall vanilla latte… excellent place to enjoy….

Starbucks is losing there old ways of thinking. Not a place to chili. It's like fast food, drink things.

That's nice place atmosphere very nice but coffee better than everything also they don't have dark roasted coffee this one is missing. They're serving morning to noon only dark roasted I'm late get it it's ok this coffee was good too.
