16I cat-sit all over NYC so I've been to a LOT of starbucks. This is by far the friendliest, they get your order correct (I customize) every time, and they don't water the drinks down like some places. The store is super clean and has a very open feel to it. But the best part is the staff interacts with you in such a positive way. You know that question they always send in the surveys about "did they make an effort to get to know you? ". This store actually does! I hope to be in the neighborhood again soon to vist:) Highly recommend if you are someone that frequents Starbucks.
This Starbucks location has a nice calm neighborhood vibe to it. The staff are super friendly, hardworking and helpful. They have a wide range of deserts that seem to fly off the shelves rather quickly. So, do stop by and enjoy the ambience!
Service is horrible. Too slow and messy.
I waited for half an hour to get a coffee that was disgusting.
One woman who stood on line behind me demanded and received service ahead of me. My pastry got cold while shift mgr kowtowed to her demands. She received her coffee ahead of me.
They dont make the right drinks.ordered a drink w almond milk and it ended up being regular milk, it's not like one can't tell apart from that waiting time was long but nothing too unbearable
Very disappointing experience. I order a hot chocolate with cream on top, and received a coffee.
Moreover, when I came back to the counter they didn't even bothered with a "sorry" or whatever, just took my cup and did a hot chocolate. In the end, they didn't even put cream on top, I had to ask that as well. And when they did so, they gave me so little cream.
I've already ordered hot chocolates in other Starbucks before, but this one is by far the most disappointing.
And the cherry on top, they totally misspelled my name, not a big deal I know, but still.
Every time I order from this location. There is always an issue, they’re backed up or they just literally don’t make what I order from the mobile app. This location is terrible!

The atmosphere is very energetic and the music is excellent. The staff are all super friendly and helpful
I love Starbucks coffee, services for that I have been in more than 40 locations and for me, that one has the worst customer service. I think they need training in customer services.

They never open on-time. I usually stop by every morning b4 work and their never open when their supposed to be open.

I went to Starbucks this location today 3/5/2022, at 1140am, ask Kay for a cup of water and she stated I've to pay for it. I was very surprised because never had to pay for water before. I asked for a manager went to manager at cash register never acknowledge me walked away on numerous occasions. I'm still waiting with my gift card out then it was gentleman name starts with M name wasn't clear on name tag. I was at register and he continue to take customer behind me. This is absolutely ridiculous how I was treated. This is unacceptable. I suffer from illness needed water and was refused service and made call to customer service for over 25 minutes and he was on phone with me and heard the ill treatment. Why Kay, Manager, and male M treated me as a value customer so poorly? Check surveillance cameras which doesn't lie. I'll hire an attorney to sue you'll for refusal of service. This isn't the first lawsuit which Starbucks agreed to allow anyone to come and get water you have forgotten about this deal Always treat people the way you want to be treated. I'm going to contact news media. This has made me feel very sick. Starbucks needs to hire professional people from the manager to the two employees should be terminated immediately.
This location gets busy but the staff are chill and friendly. It’s usually an upbeat vibe, and I Love all the sunshine they get being on the corner with 2 full walls of windows.
Unbelievable. Im a starbucks card holder, & I wasn't aware the price for coffee went up. I came in 3/9/22 & the AM barista & manager refused to let me owe them 21 CENTS. Unbelievable, total trash establishment. I will never return
My drink didn't taste right but my son's drink tasted great. The batistas were busy complaining and cursing at a lady who was watching them make drinks. They kept calling her a b-word & said they would fight her if she didn't stop looking. They should focus on their jobs and not on what costumers are looking at. I chose to leave instead of a them correct my drink because of that situation.
