Great location. The team was kind to everyone and Cass B. Is a gem, y’all are fortunate to have someone so interested in making the experience great for customers. Cass didn’t help me during my visit but she really stood out! Great job guys

Bought a coffee, has seating for 20 but no bathroom for customers to use. How is that possible? The attitude of the staff is horrible as well.

Never have a fixed blender and the mobile order always down. Can’t order my drinks. Drinks are always made incorrectly and the volume is short. Worst.

We went for breakfast at this Starbucks situated 76street on broadway, NewYork. We had Spinch feta white egg wrap, croissant and coffe.

Yes these were tasty food and sure all was delicious.

The shop is a small but well furnished. All the staff are so caring.

You love to sit and dine there for sure.

My absolute favorite Starbucks in New York City! Used to go here all the time when I lived in the UWS loved it. The baristas were great as well!

Well it is a Starbucks so you have to try it.
Food was microwaved.
The person in charge of the music is clearly hard of hearing or deaf.
The ones in Japan are better, well better than this one.

Wow, so much attitude here, maybe because am white and a woman? I was amiable and have no idea why a few of the women were so rude, first time this happens in a starbucks fir me!

I go here after work to buy my daughter and her friends the unicorn and owl cake pops.always great service (fast, efficient and friendly staff), Matt has been great! Very helpful he deserves recognition for his work. These jobs are exhausting and to be that nice to people all day long after customers complaining and being picky is very impressive. Thank you Matt for your excellent service!

If I could of rated zero stars I would today was one of my worst experiences at a Starbucks I went in with my wife and kids ordered some drink and a brownie witch was for my son and asked for it to be warmed up a bit and John who said he was the manager replied NO IM NOT GOING TO DO IT I asked why he said because it a health hazard but he behind a country with no mask or glove but since my son felt the bag to see if warm the manger JOHN could warm up or take the brownies back after I was paying customers the young man has poor Management skill need more train on customers services with being said I rate zero stars

When to Zabar’s to get some smoked salmon and noticed my phone is almost dead. Found this place so I can grab a cup of coffee and get my phone charged. What a life saver! Really nice people working here.

Very slow I orden a Mobil orden and after I orden I have to wait 15min approximately and people who, get to the store after me get the coffee first. No reason to placed the orden Mobil at this store.

Honestly it makes me sad that I have to come on here and write this terrible review about a Starbucks employee (Manager) at that. My family and I have never witnessed such horrible customer service in my life.i bought my son a brownie that was given to him cold he than asked if he could get the brownie warmed and John the manager stated he could not warm the brownie up or accommodate the problem. We than asked for a refund because my 9 year old son did not want the brownie. He stated no with the only attitude in front of my children. This is not how a manger should treat his paying customers. Now I see why there are so many bad reviews regarding this location it all starts from the mangentment him self. John needs to a lot of work on how to treat people especially little children.
