Starbucks, Brooklyn NY

They lost my order for the third time, placed the order half an hour in advance and waited half an hour in the store without getting my order

I think this group right here are the best great attitude so nice and they make my coffee the best.

Thé store suppose to close at 7 pm but by 6: 30 they locked the doors. And deemed the lights. I feel like the employees at that store make their own hrs cuz when I contacted customer service the doors suppose to close at 7: 00PM not b4

Starbucks is cool but their service is so slow. No matter which Starbucks you go to. They are very slow. They make me late for work every day here in Brooklyn

I ordered a tall iced green tea latte with light ice and it’s not like I redeemed any of my points or anything. I paid for my drink and please see in the picture what I received and it tastes like plain water - it says 2 servings of matcha but may be someone put half & that’s why we have green color there. And this is not even rush hour. Am talking 3: 10 pm. Writing reviews is also I guess waste of time.

The vibes are always there. From the music to the employees. Most times I got there during rush hour. In order to not miss my cut off time for out lunch I have to order ahead because it's usually so busy. However employees are cool but they just need more staff because it can get pretty crowded.

There needs to be some kind of hygiene protocol here. The barista used the lid of a trash can to compact the trash. He even wiggled the trash liquid covered lid right in front of the espresso machine. He rinsed his two fingers of one hand - no soap! And went straight back to making more coffee.

The employees seem overloaded. They need more people working here.

This place is always incredibly busy but the baristas are always friendly & efficient.

My go to Starbucks location to grab coffee before I head to work. The employees are always very sweet despite always being super busy with the work and NYU school crowd. I suggest mobile ordering to avoid the lines. Thanks for everything guys!

I went to get a cup of coffee, they sold out of most of the milk selections. So I choose coconut milk. I waited 10 mins for a half filled flat white. I literally pay extra for venti and got air. Well done Starbucks, that’s how you train your staff to prep customer’s drink? Will not come back for this location anymore.

I really like the drinks there, I only buy lemonades and Frappuccinos, but they are getting more and more expensive, and when you have a drink made, they never make it the way you want. I pay for extras things and they never put them.
