Starbucks, New York NY

I mobile order from this store everyday and it never fails that my coffee is never done in the time frame its states in the app. I drive all the way from NJ to work and I always figure it’s smart to pre order my coffee so I won’t be late, but it makes no sense that it takes over 23 mins to make a caramel macchiato. I spend a lot of money with Starbucks and this is disappointing at such a prestige location. They have to do better!

My chestnut praline was made just as I like. Whip cream and drink are made in timely fashion. The biggest downside to this shop is that it's very tight and small, but it gets crowded and customers from the area. The line is long but moves steadily. There's very limited seating. Get your LIMITED TIME RED CUP (16oz) today and is considered a collectible! Comes free with holiday drink only.

The ladies working at this starbucks are the most fun.they were thronged by teenagers and had them all singing and a cheery happy reaction to them all.made my day.great.

Why would you give me hot coffee with ice when I ordered an iced latte shouldn’t they use cold brew? Anyways tasted horrible and the music is way too loud at 6AM I don’t want to hear your music. They’re super crowded and take too long. I told them I wanted whip cream 3 times and still had to have them take it back and add the whip cream. It’s annoying and I don’t have time. Sorry but these drinks are definitely not free and for a $13 order you should get it right or get another job if you don’t like modifying your own mistakes.

Beware of the cashier/barista with the large fedora hat! Very aggressive. Lacked active listening.

The staff and the vibe are great. Unique was at the register, she’s super sweet, I overheard her ask someone what they’re most looking forward to for the holidays!
Also the holiday vibe and the other baristas were great, attentive and friendly. I used to work as a barista so I know it can be pretty stressful but they did a great job

Very rude manager. She glares and is extremely racist in her interactions with POC in comparison to white people that enter the store. I’m a regular and adore all the baristas but my mood is completely off when she’s taking my order. Just horrible

My only complaint is why does the music have to be so loud? It’s not a club. When I talk on the phone, the person I’m talking to can barely understand me. I’ve heard others make the same comments. There’s just no call for it.

Please remember to blend your Frappuccinos before throwing them in the bag for uber eats, starbucks. I had a blender and was able to blend it myself, but not everyone is able to do that. Still delicious though, mistakes happen, no hard feelings!

Unfortunately, I have encountered a couple of unpleasant situations at this location, dealt with 2 different managers at 2 different times, and they did not have a professional treatment for me and my young daughter. The very latest situation at this specific location happened last week, I ordered a hot tea, when I opened the lid it was overflowing and I burned my fingers, but the barista who made the tea was willing to fix the problem, gave me a second cup and closed the lid for me. I don't recommend this location for kids.
