Starbucks, Brooklyn NY

My most recent experience was not the best and my usual drink tasted nothing like my previous orders. They need to get it together honestly.

This location is the worst, walk in & delivery, got half items missing, no straw for iced drink, like what are you even doing there?

I ordered to this starbucks and when i got there it wasn’t there.the lady told me to go to the starbucks that’s on 92nd street to see if it was there and it wasn’t there either.someone stole my drink at the 86st starbucks and they refused to remake it.never going there again.

The music here is extremely and inconveniently loud, otherwise it's a really nice place to sit and relax or or have a conversation (I come here with my wife quite often)

This place was awful. They had 13 employees. Then they hand me a bagel a lump of butter and a knife and I spent over 25$ on 2 small coffees and a bagel I fixed myself. No personally In the hole place. Awful

Only in this branch you will never find dark roast coffee and Managment zero, workers are not trained in the right way 0/10

So, today while rushing to work at 7 am, I placed an order through the mobile app. Like never before, the receipt could not be opened. I placed an order for 11.18 dollars and 4 dollars were deducted from my account. I went to the store and explained. They gave athe things I ordered for technically only 4 dollars. I understandable barista did not even bother to charge me. It was a good experience and a good start to the day. Good to see that people still trust, still have faith, and provide solutions. Thank you!

Wish they had asked about milk options since my brother's hot chocolate was used with skim or 2% percent milk, but otherwise, service was great.

Friendly polite employees, clean and excellent service. Always a delicious fresh cup of coffee and good quick bites. My favorite the spinach and feta wrap and a must have pumpkin latte. Egg whites are good (a little too much butter), oatmeal is perfect.

The best staff. Every drink is perfect! And they’re super friendly as well. Love! ETA: they went above and beyond for my daughter when she lost her very expensive water bottle! They’re like family!

Elizabeth is the number 1 reason why I keep coming back, not just the product. She motivates the staff & provides a refreshing experience to every patron who enters. Her experience is needed to educate our youth how to properly provide service in today's time.

Usually all the team friendly but today the girl [MEI] took my order after waiting 35 min I still didn’t get my Coffee and all the people came after me were served except me & when I asked they didn’t even have the sticker 4 my coffee she did Not print it cuz she was talking to some guy & the other girl made it in 2 min That’s what happens when u hire kids

Super awesome staff, and quick service. Right near transportation, and shops. I enjoy coming to this Starbucks and I will continue to visit this location anytime I am in the Bay Ridge area.

I come here often and order the same drink but there’s never a week when the drink is made the same consistently.
