Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
16One out of ten times a staff member is pleasant. Compared to almost any Starbucks I have visited, this is the worst. Even the music barely audible does not minimize the unhappy staff. As well, while the store can get busy, it pales in terms or pressure to the staff. Worst, it is the only Starbucks very close to where I live!
Order with starbucks app. It took 30 minutes to be ready. People there wasn’t helpful at all. Never again
Came in at 7am on a Thursday for my morning break. Staff was extremely welcoming. The lady on the register with short hair knew all her regulars by name and what they wanted to order even their pets. Protect her at all costs! She exudes what it is to be in the customer service industry. My beverage and food was ready by time I walked to the other end
Nearly no choice of food and snacks.
Nearly polite service.
Be ready to clean your table.
Considering the location- total shame.
Stopped here this morning around 10 am, not too busy. Cashier was nice and my drink came out quickly. Has seating so I worked on my laptop for a bit. No outlets to charge, but that’s my only complaint.
Part of a chain of shops but the vibe and feeling of a local shop.
Thank you for the good service
Nice location. Not a lot of seating area, but friendly and efficient staff. Coffee was good.
Most inclusive, friendly, accurate, and clean Starbucks I’ve been to on east coast!
Tried Pineapple Passionfruit Lemonade at their suggestion - refreshingly satisfying!
I’d say avoid this place at all costs during weekends. I went this past Saturday at about 1pm and, for whatever reason, they seemed to be severely understaffed but, at the same time, completely oblivious to that fact. There was only one barista making ALL the drinks on order while another barista was on till and a third one was just walking back and forth seemingly doing absolutely nothing. Of course, the barista messed up my drink so I went back and politely asked to have it re-made. However, not only did I have to stand in line for over 10 minutes to even fathom getting a barista’s attention but I also got the worst attitude possible from all the baristas, and after I explained what was wrong with my drink, the woman making them gave me a long face and an eye roll. I’m a barista and I know how terribly overwhelming it can be to work a bar alone in an understaffed establishment, but never once in my life have I given bad attitude or sass to a customer, regardless of their request. To top it off, she also messed up the second drink she made for me because truly, she could not care less. Regardless of being a fast service establishment, Starbucks should do better than this considering how much they charge for everything.
It is with great pleasure to say that this was the best Starbucks experience I've had so far. I was served with great professionalism, kindness, consideration and patience by all members but more specifically by Olive.
Thank you again for your help and service. This is one location that I'd highly recommend to anyone looking for all around quality!
Bored and rude baristas, spilled part of the drink and gave me the cup without drying it off. They claimed to be closing soon as the reason for not serving frappucinos any more, while they were still open for several hours according to their opening hours.
I totally agree with people who commented about the attitude of the cashier or those who experienced racism. I thought it was me but, lol, their working environment is truly toxic. Especially that lady whom everyone talks about, I hope no one gets served by her anymore. This place is not international friendly for a melting pot like NYC.
Terrible experience, they made the worst looking dragonfruit mango lemonade, were very rude, when we asked to replace the ingredient they were out of they charged us extra.
Welcome to Mordor: A branch to rule you - with long waiting times, unmotivated, sluggish employees, a homeless man in the customer toilet and forgotten orders.
It’s a Starbucks! That’s about it. Space to work for a bit, quick turnaround for beverages and nice staff.
40 dollars for 3 cheese and ham sandwiches, 2 americano and a hot chocolate, no table service, plastic cups, for a service like this they should have more affordable prices, what they charge does not justify what they offer.
