Honestly this would have to be the first bad review i leave anywhere and its such a shame. I used to work at a Starbucks and being friendly and welcoming is a top priority, but a barista here just doesnt seem to get that. Especially to your coworkers, you treat them with respect. Anais her name is, doesnt live up to starbucks standards. She had a stank look on her face while adressing me, but addressed my boyfriend as if he were an angel. Then she never called out my order, so after 10 minutes i went to ask and she called me impatient, and said if im not ordering then to get out of her face with this issue. If my drink is sitting there, a hot drink at that, and you didnt call it out? Its cold by now. So i complained about the temperature, she said enjoy with a petty smile. Hearing the way she spoke to her fellow employees disgust me, I wouldn’t dare make lewd comments to my employees. Its such a shame what this location hired.

Mostly reliable and well run. This morning they were about 20 min behind on food times but Maribel was attentive and helpful to the person in charge of the food all while getting delivery orders out. Give her a raise! PS: Love the frames, girlie!

This place recently reopened after a long renovation. It’s a nice renovation but all the limited seats are on one side and a huge AC blasts right at the seats; making dinning-in experience very uncomfortable.

An old person came in front of me and was not speaking English very well the person that was taking order Bilal refuse to serve that old lady on pretext that the store did not have change on $100 the minimum would have been a little more courtesy and have kindness for old people even more when it’s hard for them to speak in English it could be your parents in the same situation have kindness even more when you are front facing customer.

Ps: this not her fault if you don’t have the change by the way the law does not permit you to refuse service to someone on that pretext.

Ordered at this location thru ubereats and somehow they ran out of water bottles, lattes, and danishes all at once. So in order to compensate, they sent a 4 dollar gift card, which does not add to the value of the order I made on ubereats. Don’t order from this place. They seem to be playing some sort of sick game.

Terrible service. My order was messed up twice, and in the end they putted completely different sandwich from what I ordered. Moreover, they charged more than they should do, and also twice. Very disappointed. I will never go there again.

EVERY SINGLE TIME I order a drink from there, something is missing. When I order a frap with oat milk, it always has regular milk in it and I have to ask them to remake it. In which half the time they give me an attitude about. There’s only 1 person there that makes the experience worth it and that’s the African American guy.
The energy is way off in there. I rather walk further to the 63rd Drive location than go there. Everyone just seem like they’re always mad at everyone in this location.
It was the same way before they closed for renovations.
So basically DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.

This beautiful renovated Starbucks has just reopened and the crew is very friendly! Thank you ladies for the cheerful greeting when I picked up my mobile order! Please keep it going. It makes a huge difference in everyone’s day. Being in customer service, I know having a nice new clean store helps!

I recently visited this Starbucks location and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Allen was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. He helped to correct a small issue I had with my sandwich and was very facilitating. I would highly recommend this Starbucks location to anyone looking for a great cup of coffee and exceptional service.

Arrived at 4: 10 pm dated 08/19/2022. Ordered hot caramel macchiato & hot Almond croissant. After usual wait time my order came up with Cold caramel macchiato. I mentioned to the handing over person that I didn’t ordered this one, but still I can get both drinks as you guys are going to spill the extra stuff anyways because it was in hand for sometime.
After some awkward face the lady said yes & than intentionally forgot my actual order. After ten minutes of complete ignorance…I gave them cold macchiato drink back and told them to just give my actual order.
The point I want to make is “Starbucks “is corporate outlet and these kind of miser behavior doesn’t suit the brand name. While leaving the store staff complemented me of being rude & honestly I had a likewise experience from their service.
Awful experience and super incapable &
in-courteous staff. I could write more about their rudeness but often it has happened in many other Starbucks store * (* if they make a mistake in the order, they happily offer you the wrong one made too)
