Starbucks, Ossining NY

I got a shaken espresso. It came less than 2/3 full and the manager insisted it was correct because I had light ice. I have gotten the same exact drink for two years and never had to come like this. My daughter ordered a drink that was light ice and it came full. Did not offer to remake it full size.

Never get from this location if you actually want to get what you paid for… spent $30 just to get a damaged/DIRTY cup, wrong lid (with no straw), only one of the syrups I asked for and with it over flowing at the bottom of the cup not even mixed in over a INCH tall, none of the drizzle i literally paid extra for, and again half of the syrups missing, cold foam was non existent but they MADE sure to charge me extra for imaginary cold foam which I find HILARIOUS. Yeahhhh don’t waste your money at this place they make their drinks with their toes not their hands CLEARLY. Couldn’t even get a refund for their f-up.

Restroom was filthy- toilet paper rolls not in the holder, trash on ground, no paper towels or hand dryer. Very obvious no employee is doing a regular check on the restrooms.

Nobody called our names about drinks, they were mixed in with someone else’s order. Haven’t been to a Starbucks that seemed this far off brand standard before.

I've always gone to this Starbucks, I have no problem with their drinks and all of their workers are always so kind. But I was disappointed with one of their workers today; I have never experienced a problem due to my race, but I received a backhanded comment about it from my server. I was with a friend who is for lack of a better term white, and I am not. We were ordering my food and she decided to use her partner numbers to get a discount, as she works at Starbucks. The barista who was taking my order decided to state that because we don't look alike we are not related- that we cannot be family members; looking directly at me when addressing this statement. Although we are not related, what if who he said this to was someone who may be adopted, be half-siblings, step-siblings, cousins, etc? I was deeply hurt by this. How can Starbucks have employees which feel the need to state one cannot be related to another because their skin tones differ or they don't look alike? I never expected to be talked to like that or be addressed like that. I felt as if it was unnecessary and I was deeply hurt by this statement. This is not the first incident with this barista either, previously I had come with a group of friends and I was paying for all of us; I was quickly pulling my card out and the same worker decides to tell me to hurry up and that he does not have all day with a very rude tone. I am very deeply disappointed and hurt by these actions.

Today I went to get my coffee but the coffee was to black and they did not put enough milk and it was not fresh I was very disappointed just waste my money.

The baristas are very nice and attentive even under pressure. One gentleman is a bit loud and talks a lot but he is very good at his job and a very nice person. The place gets cold in the summer and in the winter there is no windbreak and the air stays on no matter what the season. It may be on purpose but it is hard to tell. Overall it is a very good store kept clean including the bathrooms.

It was just imposible to drink what i order, I just waste my money this time.
