21This is quite possibly the slowest service I’ve ever encountered anywhere. They have absolutely no sense of urgency in there and will take 15 minutes to heat up a bagel with no one in front of you in line. Such a waste of time
Very bad service. How the cashier speak is very rude and terrible. And we received a wrong size of coffee.
Staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. Tried paying with cash but the lady at the register kept demanding exact change. Overall the drink itself was fine, but the girl who rung me up made my experience terrible.
This location was awful! Nothing was stocked, the website was false advertising things they don’t have and the workers messed up my order.
This Starbucks is terrible. It’s always cramped and the service is incredibly slow. Every time I walk in I cringe know what I’m about to go through. Once my order was wrong and I asked for I refund. When I checked my bank account I realized they charged me an additional time and when I called to get it resolved of course their phones “didn’t work”. Replace the workers and review correct customer service bare minimums.
Girl with the red hair was a brat, was so rude and did not smile at all. Looked like she was annoyed the whole time (which she clearly was) made my blood boil, terrible customer service
Employees at 12 o'clock this Sunday Monday morning the one looking like Ice spice just chose my tip never gave me my receipt and was slick just pressing my confirmation for me so I did not notice the gratuity.funny the interaction was great I was looking at the screen at 20 percent and was gonna bump it up it to 25 but never asked just did so be careful at these star bucks and these money hungry cashiers they should not be confirming for you your debit or credit card transaction.
The worst Starbucks ever been too. Slow as molasses and totally disorganized. Skip it unless you have time to waste.
Shoutout To The Workers Baristas have a hard time as it is.you wouldn’t imagine the hardship they deal with and I’ve watched these guys bust their butts & get the job done while having a good time! They put in A LOT of work to ensure a good bev.

Terrible service. Worst Starbucks I have ever visited. Came in 20 minutes before closing time and the baristas were rude and refused to serve anything more than regular coffee or tea. If I could give zero stars I would. Very disappointing.

Went the last 2 days ordered the same exact thing got charged 2 different prices showed my order from the previous day and they said oh well this is what I’m charging you my 3.74$ coffee was now 4.61 a day later then got a rude response when I confronted them disgusting that they can just make up their own charges

Wait time for my size tal mocha cookie crumble was 15 ish minutes. I didn't complain to them cause i know the struggle, but the actions of a employee is what made me take this personal. Basically 15 minutes into waiting, a employee said 'Sol' aka my name, but in a very subtle and quiet way. I got up from my chair and asked them if they said my name - if my drink was ready and they said 'making sure you were here' so 6 mins past from there, and my friend checks to see if my drink was there and it was. That same employee that subtly said my name earlier didn't bother to let me know if my drink was finished, knowing i was sitting with my friend from the very long wait time.
My usual order is an Oatmeal Brown Sugar Shaken Expresso, which I find it to me such an amazing treat after lunch. What I received from this Starbucks was sweet oat milk! The barista was not very interested in making good coffee and did not even add cinnamon! I paid $6 for sweet milk!
Ordered ahead and still took OVER 30 mins to get a croissant and I had to remind the staff multiple times. While I was waiting I watched her give multiple customers attitude. I don’t recommend this location to anyone.
I went here this morning and it was amazing- I had a barista named maya making my drink and she was not only so nice but made my drink amazing!
Stopped in over the weekend with my husband, was greeted by our barista Maya with a smile as soon as we entered. Hard to find such good, personable service nowadays. Our drinks came out the best we have ever had as well. Will be returning next time I’m in westchester.
