Coffee Shop Starbucks reviews
11The first time, i get told i have to pay 1$ for a drink with light ice. He doesn't even tell me im going to get charged more.i had to ask why it was more money.crazy already charging for overpriced lemonade drinks and wanna charge more. But then i go on the app, and it doesn't charge me more for light ice.i will not go back to that location.
HORRIBLE! I spent $17 on an iced coffee and a piece of bread, I do try to tip generously when I can but that’s beside the fact. This is what I received, the bag was intact so the p.o. S worker that prepared my order through it was alright to send this. I wouldn’t even open as it looks like someone drank half of it. The bread? To the garbage as I don’t trust the person who packed my order. MANAGEMENT- answer the damn phone. It would have saved me and you from writing this review.
Arrived early for the R train and decided to grab a coffee. When I walked in there was one drink ordered ahead of mine, yet I waited 10 minutes for a cold brew and missed my train. There was 1 order before me and 3 after me. After 7 minutes of watching him make the drinks ordered after mine I asked if I my order came through and he said, “Yeah, it came through” and walked away. The other guy had to leave the register and come over to make it. In the end I waited 10 minutes for a cold brew with nothing in it and then had to wait over 20 minutes for the next train. Completely disrespectful customer service. Staff was horrible, slow, and very rude. Would not recommend.
You’d think you were asking them to create gold. Could not be slower. Coffee’s fine, but whatever system they have going on is outrageous.
Sometimes it’s 10-12 minutes for an iced coffee.
I’m surprised Starbucks in New York City can have such a high score and it worths 5. Stuff is super friendly, and there are plenty of empty spots and chargers in the store. I’m willing to take a shared ride to come here for working and studying.
After I asked for a water he stared at me mouth gaping open for a full minute then said “really? ” Best Starbucks visit ever
Came here and got a pineapple tea that was really good. The staff were really friendly, in spite of it being almost 8pm. The store was clean, and the service was good.
Store says it opens at 5am, both online and posted on the store window. Arrived at the store at 539am and the doors are locked and there are no employees in sight.
The people that work here are literally the nicest people in New York City. Every single one of them deserves a raise.
The coffee just didn't taste right. I was also allowed to order something they didn't have in stock. Employees were disorganized.
The manager lady is very aggressive and using offensive words to customers. Loud and shout. I would rather go to local coffee shops than this Starbucks location.
